When we arrived the air conditioning was not working, no fun. However Javier M. and Mike C. both did an amazing job at getting it fixed quickly!! They definitely saved the day. They consistently communicated with us what was going on. The rest of the stay was amazing as well, the unit was clean and the staff on point. We loved the lazy river and the pool bar as well as all the extras they had going on. We will be back for sure before the summer is over!

Condo is just ok. It's pretty banged up and needs some love, especially the paint/trim work, shower door barely closes and downstairs shower is useless (sprays all over and blows curtain outward). Not to mention there are no washcloths (odd) and the hand towels look as though they were used for painting prior.
The condo has a ring doorbell/camera pretty much in your face as you walk in/out. And, the wifi thermostat kept automatically going up to 75 degrees (we had it set to 71) which is warm upstairs when kids have sunburns. It felt as though we were being observed so I unplugged the wifi.
(Smaller things but when you have stayed at many VBROs in the past you expect better for a 4.7 overall rating.)
Fantasy World resort was nice. It's geared more towards younger kids vs teenagers. The pool areas were clean and the staff was very nice. The slides were closed more often than open. The gym is functional and has the necessities.
If we were to stay again, we would book through Fantasy World directly and save 20-25% for the exact same condo. Unfortunately, I didn't know this until we spoke to some people there.

We had a great time at this condo. Everything was clean and nice. The only downfall was that the water park was closed for maintenance, and we were not given any notification. After speaking with others, many had no idea the park was closed. Would stay here again. Very convenient to restaurants and parks.

We arrived at this location after a long day or travelling and we welcomed to no running water. Made attempts to contact the host via messenger and host stopped responding after mentioning no water. Proceeded to be on the phone with Vrbo customer service for 2 hours to try and resolve the issue, still no communication with the host. While on hold many times with Vrbo agents found out that the main pool and slide were closed for our stay, a pre-planned closure. No communication of closure was sent to us and the main reason we chose this property was for the slide. Immediately booked another place and wasted the first day of our vacation dealing with these issues. Will be fighting for a refund for this awful experience.

In town for a wedding and one day at Animal Kingdom. The location was convenient and had access to several restaurants and shopping options. Loved the amenities as well. It was overcast for our trip, but the pool and lazy river were heated so we were able to enjoy. Would book again.

My family stayed her for a week. The on-site pools and small water park was wonderful. And being close to Universal and Sea World was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.
