My husband, grandson and I stayed here for a week in June. The home was wonderfully located to Disney and Universal. It was very welcoming and spacious. The pool was nice, my grandson.loved it. The house was in nice area and many things close. It included what you need to prepare meals, and make it comfortable for your family. We enjoyed our relaxing vacation here.

Great place, plenty of room, pool and hot tub very nice, Quiet neighborhood. Beds we’re comfortable. Rick has a hidden gem there in Kissimmee, Florida. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks Rick

This is a great house. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean! Loved the area, it is on a quiet cul-de-sac and near lots of shopping and close to theme parks. Would definitely stay there again!

We cannot recommend this home enough. The space, facilities and furnishings were excellent. Loved late evenings in the spa area of the pool and early mornings with coffee and breakfast at the poolside table area. The beds were fabulously comfortable and extra spacious!
The host was great at responding to requests and queries. We shall certainly check if this property is available before making our next trip to the area.

We stayed in the house for the month of November and couldn't have been happier. We loved the pool and spa, which were comfortably heated. Even on cooler days, the pool was warm enough for swimming, and the spa heated up quickly. The master suite was very nice; we really enjoyed having a jacuzzi tub. We didn't do any cooking while we were there, but the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The neighborhood was especially pleasant--quiet and calm, except for the occasional squawking of sandhill cranes, which were fascinating to see. What we liked most was the location, which was ideal for touring the theme parks. Disney was 15-20 minutes away via highway 192, and we could get to Universal in about 25 minutes, with no need to use toll roads to any of the parks. Rick was very nice and answered all our questions. It's hard to imagine a better house for an off-property stay in the Disney area. We'll definitely be back!

Our stay was with our adult children. There were five in our party and plenty of room for everyone. Everything about this property was exceptional. Very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The beds were all very comfortable too. The pool and spa was such a highlight. The pictures don’t do it justice. There was a nice shaded area on the patio with a table and chairs and plenty lounge chairs around the pool. The location was a short drive to all of the Orlando attractions. The neighborhood was very quiet. We arrived before the check in time and were able to check in early and start our vacation. Due to a snowstorm in the East, there was a good possibility that our return flight was going to be cancelled. I emailed Rick wondering if adding another night was a possibility and he quickly responded that we would be able to extend our stay. Our flight was not cancelled but there were five people who would have loved more time here. We are already planning a return trip and I would not look any further than Rick’s properties.
