The house was exactly as pictured. The manager of the property so was so nice and stayed in constant contact with me. The house was so spacious for all of us. The beds were comfortable and everything thing felt clean. If you’re staying to go to Disney be aware it’s 20 min away from the home. Not a huge deal, but I didn’t do my research on that before booking. Overall loved the home and would stay again!

The house was great! The theater room was terrific! Also the layout of the house was perfect for a large group! The island in the kitchen was enormous! Large dinning table also! Very Clean and a lot of bathrooms!! The kitchen was well stocked with anything to cook with! Will definitely stay there again!!!

This house is beautiful and clean. All the rooms are so cool and comfortable. The movie room is awesome with a great sound system! Location is convenient for visiting all the parks. Diego is a super nice guy, and very easy to communicate with. I’ll definitely be staying here next time I’m in the Orlando area.

The property was beautiful. Children and I enjoyed the pool at the house and the community pool. The short ride to the parks and local restaurants. Being able to cook on the grill was a plus for us. Diego was a pleasure to work with. We look forward to returning in the near future.

We just stayed a week with 4 household's (7 adults, 5 children) and this house was perfect! It was 20 minutes from Animal Kingdom/Epcot/Magic Kingdom, 30 minutes to Disney Springs, 15 minutes to Gatorland. We did 3 days of parks and 2 full days at the house. We did huge breakfasts on our days at the house (they had waffle maker, griddle for bacon, cookies sheets for quiche, literally all kitchen appliances you could need). The kids played in the game room, they played the x-box that was in the movie room which allowed the adults to relax in the hot tub. Beds were comfortable and each bedroom had a connecting bathroom. The host frequently checked in with me to ensure everything was ok and that we didnt need anything. We are already talking about booking this property again next year and doing different parks. We had such an amazing week.

Great Home with plenty of room for everyone! The theater room was a hit with the kids. Thoroughly enjoyed the grill setup, used it every day. Definitely would stay again.

The home was beautiful and spacious. It had everything we needed. Mr Esteves was wonderful to work with and he had a answer for all of my questions. The only drawbacks were the last two nights the A/C appeared to stop cooling. Overall I hope we can rent this home again.

The location was convenient. Close to meet your shopping needs and 15-20 mins from parks. The home was nice, however it is in need of a few touch-ups (paintings, furniture
repairs, bathroom vent, shower rods, etc.) which I'm sure comes with the territory of having numerous renters. Could use a really good deep cleaning as well. Also the tv's were not easy to operate and were not hooked up to local cable. I read in other reviews about the trash, so we made sure trash bags were tied tightly and placed in receptor with lid closed. Some animal would still manage to get inside the container which meant trash particles would end up in the driveway or lawn. Tip for future renters is to take your trash out in the mornings before 8am instead of overnight. There were a few bug sightings, mainly in the movie room cabinets which is located upstairs. Overall nice place to stay and it is a bonus that each room has its own bathroom! Suggestion for owners, install some type of air in the game room/garage. It was really warm in there even with the provided fan.
