My only suggestion is if you know the house is rented out for a week work 6 people….1 roll of toilet paper per washroom and 1 roll of paper towel and one dishwasher soap and no coffee filters is just an added expense for the family. We had to go out and purchase these items and left the leftovers behind.

The location was great! It was easy to find and close to everywhere that we wanted to go. The place was clean. My only complaint would be the coffee maker.

When we checked in, the lock box was missing the master key and the code didn’t work. When I called, the lady who answered had me try several codes and had no idea what it should be.
They never replaced the key.
I went in an email since their welcome letter is pretty specific about notifying them about any damage already at the property or face the fines, but no one acknowledged me.
The worst part was that they scheduled maintenance to come in, and they came in unannounced. Our nanny was with our son at the condo while we were out, and they didn’t tell us people were coming in until after they already walked right in. She said they didn’t even knock.
They were dismissive when I complained about that and the maintenance issues.
That was unacceptable.

Quiet, clean and perfectly located condo. We stayed here for a Disney trip and couldn’t believe how close it was to everything. I would definitely be staying here again. The communication was amazing and they answered every question I had almost immediately. Check in and out was also super easy. Highly recommend!

Property was very difficult to find -correct building-unlit numbers at top of 3 story building painted in a color close to wall color . Should be listed where you face directions in. 16 vertical blinds were missing in the sliding door -sheer curtains= no privacy . Supplies were minimal and cheap. Not the best overall experience .
