The location was close to fast food restaurants, but that’s it. There was only two face towels left for a three bedroom townhome. There was hair in every towel. The pool fob was not left in the home, so my three kids were not able to swim, because you need the fob to enter AND exit the pool. There were dirt stains on the couches. The let out couch was not cleaned because there was a dirty comforter and food on left on the mattress. I wouldn’t stay again.

5* for location and price! We traveled with all adults and for the price you cant beat each of us having our own rooms with 2.5 bathrooms.
I was a bit worried by some of the reviews but heres the truth, neighborhood is standard Florida. Safe clean gated community, construction happening directly behind but in a couple months when finished its going to feel even safer. Hot tub works, dont mind all the reviews saying it doesn’t, theres a breaker located out back just need to check its flipped on then hot tub gets hot. Lots of people said they saw ants, again its Florida keep all your food in the fridge you wont see any ants. A/C pumps ice cold air, careful if you have Sunday booked, for some reason the Nest thermostat is scheduled to drop to 50 degrees on Sunday nights. Owner should reset this I dont think its meant to be scheduled to do that.
Unfortunately owner does need to get on management company, AC filter has not been changed in months. Visually very dirty and crushed inside vent this will eventually cause damage to the unit. Cob webs could be seen in some of the harder to reach spots. Oven bottom coil is broken, bake does not work only broil. Learn to cook using the broil function if not its only the cook top or microwave.
Location and space for the price are unbeatable, we had a great time definitely would stay again!

It was easy to access to the gated community and the property, location was perfect for us. Really close to Disney World. Our family had a blast. The place is pretty, we can tell the manager has read all his reviews and enhancements have been made. The manager was easy to reach at anytime. The only thing we wish they could provide is a couple of big trash bags to place all the trash out at the end of the stay so we the guest can take them to the dumpsters.
Other than that. All normal necessities were provided. (A couple of tablets of dish soap, liquid dish soap, sponge, towels 4 downstairs 4 upstairs, the bathrooms had toilet papers… )
We would be looking forward to comeback :)
