Overall pretty good. The house is huge. Multiple games in the game room didn't work right. Also, the convection stove top only works with certain types of pans/skillets, and not all of the provided cookware was that type, which was pretty frustrating. There is an extra charge to heat the hot tub. Wow. It only got up to temp the first 2 nights, then it was only luke warm. Oh, and you only get larger towels for the pool if you pay extra. I'm really not a big fan of the whole nickel and dime mentality. Other than that, we enjoyed our time.

Overall we had a great stay. Location is close to Disney and Universal Studios. House was very clean. Hard to say if the kids or adults enjoyed the game room more. Had trouble with the pool heat but management was quick to send a pool technician out to fix the issue. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is HUGE!! Def needs some updating and fixing of some things but the staff replied timely and fixed the issues we had. The hottub/pool was NOT worth the money to heat it. Took 2- 1 hr cycles to heat the hottub to temp, if not it was just luke warm. We read the detailed pool info they gave but a normal hottub stays hot even when the heater/jets is off, for a time. When the jets go off in this one, cold water is immediately flowing into the hottub thru the jets and therefor it goes COLD fast. Def not worth the exorbitant cost they charged to use the heater. Should be included for the amount we paid nightly. A game is broken in the game room, door handle is falling off of the laundry room door/couldnt open the laundry room door (thankfully a dif bathroom had a washer we could get too) dryer lint guard is shredded but didnt stop us from using the dryer, some pans work on stove and others dont. The stove would shut off when some pans were used. some recliners in theater room are broken. House Def needs some TLC. We were too busy to keep contacting management as things arose. I am contacting the manager about these things and hopefully they will resolve them. Despite these minor things the house is large!! Plenty of space for a LOT of people. The game room /theater room were a hit !!
We would stay again ! Main floor ensuites have fabulous shower heads !! Hopefully the upstairs bathrooms get updated shower heads soon! Beds were descent. Overall it worked for our family.

Amenities at the house alone were great. The only thing I would have liked to have seen was the kitchen a little more equipped. We didn’t have a can opener and the cooking utensils were limited but overall a great stay and would definitely stay again.

This house was amazing, exactly as presented in the listing. Pool heat wasn't working first day but they fixed it promptly. Customer service was very responsive as well. Amazing stay, will definitely stay again.

At first glance the property was as advertised: newly decorated, spacious, and well-appointed. But after spending 2 weeks at the house, we noticed LOTS of issues that needed addressing. Several of those we brought to the attention of the management, and they were quick to respond (trash at the front door, dishwasher racks covered in rust, remotes didn’t work, lamps had no way to turn them on, light bulbs missing, door handles broken, etc.). There continued to be issues throughout the week that we didn’t have time to address: ants in the kitchen, no cookie sheet or pot holders, dingy carpet, dried blood on comforter, towel racks falling off the wall, jets in hot tub messed up, etc. We honestly stayed too busy to address any further items with the management, though I have no doubt they would have been responsive.
This house isn’t luxurious by any stretch. Most everything is builder-grade or overused and falls apart as such. But there is plenty of room to spread out and entertain a crowd. I doubt we’ll come back here, but we did have a good time with our family.

From booking to check out, this was the best communicative process I have experienced with a propert manager. The home was terrific with plenty of rooms and things to do. Televisions in each room. More than enough cutlery, pots and pans, and cups for the entire family. We just brought ourselves and some food and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will definitely look to book in the future.
