For five days with our six teenage grandchildren this house was the perfect accommodation. Each of the two families of children had their own bathroom as did we grandparents. Enjoyed many meals in the very well appointed kitchen. The lovely pool thoroughly appreciated and used by all. Plenty of space to share card games, puzzle building, games of pool and foosball in the garage. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out or come together. WiFi worked perfectly. Streaming TVs in every room.
A joy to arrive to a lovely, clean, very well appointed home that was even nicer in person than it appeared in the pictures. So many details have been seen to including plenty of beach towels, regular towels and a hard-working washer and dryer. Great location near groceries. Quiet clean neighborhood. The perfect “home” to share with our family now that we’ve downsized.
This was our first VRBO rental. Will be hard for the next to compete with this one.

Overall, the house was well-stocked. However, we had a lot of issues during our 1-week stay.
First, the place was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The beds were disheveled, there was toothpaste on the bathroom mirrors, food left behind, etc. When we contacted the property manager, they sent cleaners out who threw away some of the supplies we had just purchased.
Second, the pool didn't look like it had been cleaned in over a week and the pump was not running. Nor was the child gate up. When we called on this, it took several days to address and it really was unusable the entire time.
Finally, we were not provided the weekly discount. We initially reserved for 6 days and added the 7th later. They promote a weekly discount, which worked out to the same amount as the 6 days. To add the day later, I was expecting some sort of a fee, but to add a full night's rent eliminated the discount. They said that was set by VRBO, but the detail from VRBO showed the discount.
Although not promoted as kid-friendly, some things to note. Other posts mentioned that there was no crib or high chair, but it's more than that. There is glass everywhere. The dining table, coffee table and end tables are all glass. A lot of the knick knacks were glass. We had to move almost everything with our toddler around.
The communication with the property manager was good at times and lacking at others. They told us it was a bad employee that was terminated.
I use VRBO a lot and would not recommend this one.

The stay was good, however a bottle of water, tea or coffee would have been nice to have when you come in the night or late evening. We asked if we could have een late check out. This was possible, we could stay 2 hours longer, for 85 dollar! this was not a realistic amount en above that not in proportion, ridiculous.

Super nice place, wish it had a grill though... Large master with en suite, two bedrooms with twin beds and a jack and jill bathroom and another room with a queen and third bathroom. Washer and dryer and even a game room. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was great. Nice and clean and exactly as depicted in the photos. Check-in information was clear and explanatory and there were no issues with this process. Host was responsive to any questions we had. Overall, the stay was great.

We had such an amazing stay. The house was beautiful and clean. The kids had a great time in the pool and on the playground. The manager was very helpful, we arrived earlier then the check in time and it was no issue at all. We highly recommend staying there. We can wait to return.

Beautiful, clean and well presented home, just like the photos.
It was the best equipped home we have stayed in in Orlando although there was no kid’s equipment (high chair, pack n play etc) but we didn’t need that. Worth bearing in mind if you have children.
The kitchen had everything we needed in good condition including extras like storage tubs and first aid kit. The games room was great while we waited for storm Nicole to pass and board games and puzzles are available if you find yourself in the same position.
Management were responsive and came to sort a problem with the pool heat the next day.
Good location - It took about 25 minutes to get to Disney and there are lots of shops and restaurants within 15-20 minutes drive.
We would definitely recommend.
