In the quiet of the country side but short drive to wineries, microbreweries and the Greenway Jam music festival in Kingsville. Good WiFi connectivity and blue tooth speaker to enjoy our favourite music. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable. Able to accommodate sleeping and dining for 10. Fantastic getaway. Loved watched the fish, frogs and kitty cat in yhe mornings. My initial concern of the cat vs fish scenario was abated when the fish actually swam over to her as she was drinking from pond. Kitchen well equipped and 12 cup coffee percolator made delicious coffee but took some extra time to brew a second pot which, for groups smaller than 10, likely would not be necessary!

We rented this to Attend a family reunion the house was Perfect we did have a couple of bat visitors that we assisted out side interesting for city kids the bedrooms were good we did over populate the house a bit. We did need to contact the owner for an issue that taken care of very quickly overall we would recommend to anyone with a larger group
