Enjoy our stay looking to come back

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights at the end of June. Although it was just the two of us, we are planning to travel back with our two kids, as the apartment is big enough to comfortably accommodate all of us. The location is excellent and pictures of the apartment are accurate. The view is gorgeous! The furniture shows some normal wear and tear but overall everything was in very good condition. Communication was easy with the rental company, although it did take some repeated attempts to get an answer about early check-in. Due to flight availability, we ended up arriving in the area early in the day and inquired about early check-in a couple of weeks and then days ahead of time, since it appeared that the unit was still listed as available for the day before (so my thought was they were not trying to do an immediate flip of the apartment). We were ultimately told that they could not guarantee early check-in but would let us know as soon as the apartment was available. This ended up being very shortly after 3pm, which aligned with the stated check-in time. We got lunch and hung out in the park next to the building, so the wait was not unbearable but we know for next time to try and just get in closer to check-in. Kat was very nice during check-in and written instructions provided prior to our arrival were thorough, so we did not have many questions. We pointed out some things (strands of hair, small pieces of paper) that just made it seem as though the cleaning may have been done quickly but overall the unit was clean. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, working washer/dryer, and TVs. Basics needed to cook quick meals were all there i.e. pots, pans, cups, utensils. We did alert Kat to the fact that the vent hood over the stove did not appear to be working but we did not cook any major meals to where this was an issue for us. Opening the balcony door quickly aired out the place of any food smells. Accessing the pool was easy with the provided guest cards and the vibe at the pool was very chill - we stayed out there practically all day when we went. You can also order food and drinks from the restaurant to enjoy poolside. The area is very walkable and Ubers outside of the Brickell area to Miami beach were reasonable. The rental company offers some great recommendations for restaurants and there is a nice variation of high end and more affordable options. I am so glad that we chose to stay here and we are already planning our next trip back

It has been a nice stay at this property. The view is unbeatable and the amenities are great! The place is centrally located and the public transit will get you to many attractions. Uber rides help too.

Beautiful place. Everything was just as listed. Showers exceptional. Could use better cooking pans. Our only complaint was the mattresses need to be replaced.

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views!! Clean, spacious and quiet- wonderful pool and neighborhood restaurants easily walkable. Property manager was a pleasure to deal with- very communicative!!! Would definitely go back!!

Naomi Who’s The Concierge At The Property Helped Us Get Accommodated And She Was Very Professional. The Host Natalie & Silvia Answered Any Questions I Had. All In All This Property Is A 10/10 Highly Recommend

Great condo with a million dollar view and the best location in downtown! Management company is great to work with and very responsive. My only recommendation would be to outfit the kitchen a little more thoroughly, Ex: dish towels, mixing bowls, baking sheets. As someone who doesn’t want to eat out every night for health reasons, these items would have made meal prep a bit easier. Overall though, A+.

The location is spectacular. The check in process was easy, and the place was as represented. It is showing a little wear, but that is to be expected for a party town like Miami. We would definitely stay there again.
