Best view with wrap around balcony. This is an amazing location with short walk to Brickell City Center. Highly recommend this property. Communication and response with owner was excellent!

Lage, Größe, Sauberkeit alles gut, aber 17 Jahre alte Bäder und Küche. Das heißt teilweise Probleme mit der Toilettenspülung und verrostete Waschbecken. Aber der Komplex Tipp top in Ordnung

Amazing view, and location was just perfect and near everything we could possibly need. The apartment was exactly as in the pictures, and we received it extremely clean. Faustino was always available to help us with any issue that came up. The building has just been renovated, and its administration is very organized, with very nice and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back soon.

Wow. Views are incredible and better than anything you'll find in the city. Condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for the three of us. Easy walk downtown or to other area restaurants. CVS/Walgreens just around corner of needing any food or drinks. Highly recommended!

Great location to all of downtown. Amazing views. Very clean condo with all the amenities including access to the pool, water front access to the walking trail along the bay.

3 of my girl friends and I stayed here for my 45th birthday celebration and had a wonderful time. Everything was simply amazing. We had the best view and location possible. Faustino was a gracious host. He really took care of us. We loved the condo so much we hated to leave. This was one of the best vacations we have ever had! We were extremely satisfied and are already planning a return trip to "Our Condo"!

We have spent Christmas here several times and have just returned from our most recent stay. The condo is wonderful and a real pleasure to stay in for a vacation. For my family the condo itself gives us as much pleasure as the destination. It is bright, contemporary and equipped with everything you could wish for during your time there. With ceiling to floor glass windows the view over the bay is breathtaking and to watch the sun rise from the balcony is the perfect way to start the day. The building has a good gym and a great pool area and tennis court. It is within walking distance to Mary Brickell Village with good restaurants, lively bars and a well stocked grocery store. The fun of South Beach is about a 20 minute drive away and in the opposite direction is the Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park with its natural beaches and lovely trails. So the best of both worlds are within very easy reach from the condo. It is impeccably run by Faustino and nothing is too much bother. All in all a great place to stay and we look forward to many more trips.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The views were unbelievable even in the foggy weather. The location was great. Although we did Uber to South Beach,we also walked to many locations including Hard Rock Cafe where there is a large amphitheater with live music and great shopping. If we are ever on Miami again we hope to book this sky high condo again....thank you so much Faustino and Adrianna!!!!

We stayed for the weekend in Miami in this apartment. You have to see it to believe it. View of the bay, amazing building right walking distance to restaurants, super pool, even in a mini mart IN the building. I will never stay again in a hotel. All the details that you need were there: super fast internet, great decoration, and really best location in Miami. The entire rental process was very easy. 5+ stars!

My husband and I spent 6 nights at this property. We found it to be very comfortable and spacious. It was absolutely spotless when we checked in even though guests had checked out earlier that day. Even smelled clean. Of course, the view is magnificent. Although because it rained the entire week we never got to see that beautiful sunrise. Certainly no fault of the apartment. We stay in an apt rather than a hotel room because we like having a kitchen. The kitchen on this property is perfectly sized for a vacation stay. Everything we needed was there. Although there could be some improvement in the cookware (a couple of new frying pans). But we made do. Faustino was very responsive and helpful from beginning to end. When we commented to the agent who met us that we were unaware there was no phone she apparently reported this to Faustino and he had a mobile phone there for our use within an hour. Since we don't live in the US this was a life saver as our mobile phones are not set to work in the US. The building itself was very clean and nicely kept. All the people we met in the halls and elevators were very pleasant which I found relaxing in a country where people often don't bother to greet one another. The secured and covered parking garage was a nice asset. And we were pleasantly surprised to find a little convenience store in the building which we used 2 or 3 times during the week. All in all it was everything we expected with some pluses. Would definitely recommend to friends and would definitely return. Thank you, Faustino, for helping make ours a very pleasant stay.
