This was the perfect location for our family of four including two young adult daughters. The property is just as you see in the photos. We didn't do any cooking here but you certainly could - the kitchen is well-equipped. The balcony overlooks the property's huge pool, as well as part of Brickell Key and Key Biscayne. From the floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom you can see the buildings of Brickell, as well as Key Biscayne in the distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Our third time staying here. Eveything was great as usual.

Visuals were as promised. Just a few minor glitches, no instructions on the cooktop, had to google the model, defective hand held hose/shower wand in the Master bath that squirts all over, womens hairs in the jet tub, nothing that could not be circumvented with a little effort. Also the down button for the elevator on that floor died on us during our stay, just press the up and you are good, only takes a moment or two with a bit of misdirection before you can go down. The place was tastefully furnished, well equipped for a bit of cooking, easy to keep up. If you love to swim & or workout, you have definitely found the right place. A huge pool, come early for laps, and a fantastic gym. Overall everyone was very friendly. A busy place, lots of people having fun. Highly recommend this unit. Bed, bath & closets in the Master were show unit quality, a bit of better cleaning an a minor repair and marks for this were flawless, 10 out of 10.

My daughter and I were Impressed with every aspect of this property, from the team that checked us in and had frequent contact, to the view. The only "issue" was the lack of parking...but we knew that was going to be an issue from other reviews. We had day where the internet went down and it was rectified right away. Thank you, Don

Good View of the city. Walking distance of alot of stores and the boats. Would stay here again.

We did not want to leave the Condo!! It was gorgeous and the views were amazing! The beds were comfortable and the condo was huge!! The only downfall is it was a little tricky understanding which building to go to initially, but once we arrived we did not want to leave. Overall very satisfied.

We stayed here for 5 nights during the Formula 1 Miami GP. Every morning we marveled at the gorgeous view overlooking the water and every night after a full day at the circuit we were grateful to return to such a well appointed space. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was even walking distance to two recommended dining spots Komodo and Ceviche 105. Communication from arrival, to check in to check out was outstanding. We only wish that we had stayed longer!

Beautiful location, the building itself is in need of a facelift. But you cannot beat the location and views.

Great views all through the apartment. Very sound proof from the noise of the city. Great place to enjoy the vibrant city or escape from it all.

Had an awesome time here, will definitely love to stay again!
