We booked this property for one month as we were waiting for our home to be finished. This home had a rodent infestation. While there we caught and killed 12 mice in traps and flushed a live one in the toilet. The owner was aware of these conditions as there were traps, poison, and electric pest repellents inside and out. The oven was filthy and unusable. The inside of the microwave had to be cleaned as it was completely covered in dried food. The countertops were grimy and had to be cleaned. We found rodent droppings on most surfaces, floors, cupboards, and in our vehicles parked in the garage. The property had a continuous odor of decaying rodents inside the garage and home. We have not received our refundable deposit from the owner We are requesting your staff to look into this matter and would like our deposit returned and additional compensation for the filthy conditions of the property.
