The only disappointment was the cleanliness factor. Had to wash dishes, cutlery and glasses before using. Floors were dirty, especially the kitchen and powder room. The house looked like it had never been dusted The most foul smell in the garage greeted us upon arrival. the garbage bin had something leak from a bag and dried in the bottom of bin, this was disgusting. The most cleaning done was by me and my daughter. Perhaps I should request a refund for the cleaning that we paid for.
We also purchased (and left) some entertaining/serving-type dishes and plastic containers for storing leftover food ( we did cook a few meals). Did not use BBQ and also, when we arrived, grandchildren cleaned the patio.
Dealing with Ed was a pleasure from the beginning to the end of our stay.

Wir waren insgesamt 4 Erwachsene im Haus. Das Haus ist gross, sauber und sehr schön gelegen. Der Ansprechpartner Ed war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage zu WDW und Universal ist super! Können wir nur weiter empfehlen!

Let me just start by saying Ed is awesome! Communication was on point and he was available to us our entire stay! The condo was perfect, clean, and perfect location. We would totally stay with Ed again!

Ed's place is great. Had no issues with check-in. Gate and door codes worked perfectly. The place is spacious, it was perfect for 4 of us. The best part is the location. ~20 minutes from the theme parks, super convenient.

Everything was perfect. The condo was immaculate and well equipped, down to more than adequate clothes hangers. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to I-4, shopping, dining, attractions, etc.
Ed, the host, was very helpful and responsive. I would gladly rent this unit or abother from Ed.

The condo was quite nice and spacious and proximity to Universal Studios was perfect. Location also near restaurants and general shopping. Host communication was outstanding! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely beautiful inside and out, clean as a pin. Furnished with everything you need. Unusually quite and located close to all attractions. Dinning that ranges from $$$$ to $$ with a very large selection of food choices. We loved everything about this place ❤️ 💜

I visited Orlando for the first time since moving ...
I visited Orlando for the first time since moving back home to AZ and was nervous about location and pricing, but Ed's property was in the right price range and had tons of potential if I had to work during my stay.
My friend and I stayed and could easily connect to the internet via ethernet to work a few days during the week we stayed. I also continued my gym routine and could use the facilities provided. The gym is very small and only (as of 10/2/23) has 2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, and 1 stationary bike. There are no free weights or machines. This wasn't a deal breaker for me, but be aware if you plan to use the gym while vacationing.
Ed's home was clean and beautiful. The stairs are a little shallow so it was slightly difficult for me and my friend to carry our luggage up to the bedrooms, but we are both under 5'5" and that could simply be an 'us' concern. The bedrooms are far enough apart that we had complete privacy after spending all day together. I loved the primary suite and utilized all but the tub.
We were also there for some fun, and the Uber/Lyft ride was around $20 each way without a promotion to Universal. You could easily drive and park there as well within 15 minutes.
If I visit Orlando again and Ed's property is available, I will stay here again! Thanks for everything!
