I read the comments of previous people who stayed here and was a little leery before booking. I had email correspondence with the owner addressing those concerns and was assured that everything was fixed and that a proper enough of towels would be provided for our stay. First of all, nowhere does it mention that the house is on a dirt access road. There were gunshots the first night, the gas grill was missing a grate, pool was full of leaves with a pool cleaner sitting at bottom, master shower did not work, black mold in vents, ice maker broke, stripper cards and male genitalia confetti on table when we arrived to our ‘cleaned house. House was double booked and irate renters showed up demanding entrance. I received a phone call from owner posing as vrbo employee apologizing for mixup. Other party got their money back and comped at another property. We got the silent treatment with no return texts or phone calls. VRBO would not help on our behalf either. Total fraud and theft of our money.
