The Habana Guest House (apt 2) is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with a sizable living room and kitchen overlooking a private deck (w/grill) and fenced in backyard with beautiful landscaping. It is located in the heart of Palma Ceia within 0.5 miles of the amazing bayshore boulevard with an uninterrupted 11 miles of sidewalk around Tampa Bay connecting to the famous River Walk in downtown Tampa. There are an abundant number of local restaurants within walking distance or a short drive, many of which are outstanding (hat tip to "Taco Dirty"). The neighborhood is safe and cozy, with so many beautiful houses with different architectures.
The hosts, Aaron and Ara, were extremely responsive to all our questions about the property, from the initial booking to general questions about the area and even simple things like how the Internet service works (they have amazing download speeds BTW). They are 5 star hosts.
We highly recommend this property if staying in the Palma Ceia/downtown Tampa area and looking for a safe, clean, cozy apartment with amble room in a quiet, friendly neighborhood.
