We rented this location because it had a pool & elevator that was for our elderly/disabled family members. The pool was supposed to be heated which did not work. couple of people were sent out to fix it but ended up having to put in a service order for repairs. We were unable to use the pool for our entire trip.
We also had problems with mold on the ice dispenser on the refrigerator.
We also were without Wifi for couple of days until they got us setup.
The house itself was very nice and spacious. The people in charge were very nice and accommodating to our needs and reimbursed us a portion of our money due to no access to the pool. overall we had a great time in Tybee Island.

Perfect Ladies Trip Accommodations
We stayed with three generations of women, this was the most perfect house we could have selected.
The elevator was a fantastic bonus, we had several people with mobility issues. The pool was nice size and well maintained, someone came by twice to check the chemicals while we were there. House was clean, only thing we noticed was the air vents could use a good cleaning. Beds were comfortable, as were all the furnishings.
House was well equipped for a rental, we had everything we needed. Check in was a bit odd as you have to go to the main hotel and get an actual key and then go back and return it to the hotel but the staff was so friendly didn't mind that.
Garage had all sorts of beach equipment, wagon, umbrellas, chairs and folding tables. We strapped to a rented golf cart and enjoyed a day at the beach.
We would love to come back for another stay and would recommend to anyone with a large group.

The house was as advertised, not all the televisions worked, needs a dehumidifier, but for the price it was very nice. Grateful for the elevator.
The walk from the house to the beach as it is advertised is nice and going over the turtle pond is an experience not to be missed. However, that entrance to the beach comes very close to the cargo ship jetty and not able to get in the water without a huge drop off.
Highly recommend going to the right out of the home and using the boardwalk by apartments/condos. The beach is much wider.
The pool was nice as we were not able to get my mobility limited mother to the beach because of the distance from the house.
Also, the hose and outside shower are by the pool so just be aware when coming back from beach.
A great house for large family.

Fantastic gathering space!!!
Our family decided to get away for Thanksgiving this year. We couldn’t have been more happy with the gathering space, location and comfort of the home. We were able to cook a full thanksging meal and all sit together. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of space for multiple cooks:) We we walked on the beach and found the turtle sanctuary which was neat! We also attended the Christmas tree lighting in Savannah along with a few house tours. AND my niece was proposed to in Forsyth Park! So many memories made this trip! Thank you for sharing your home 🏡

Beware
Beware. The house is great but the police were called on us and renters next door for noise complaints at 6pm. We are 8 adults over 40 and next door are a family of all ages. Apparently a neighbor doesn't like any noises at all from these rentals. If you plan on enjoying your vacation with talking and laughing outside. Dont book this property!

Great Rental for Families
My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and more. The only issue was the gas grill.

Terrible management
I had booked this house for the weekend of my sons wedding. Unfortunately we were told the house was unavailable the day we arrived due to the hurricane power outage. They made no attempt to find us another house as many of the other family members owners did. I was supposed to host a bridal party brunch that morning and had to be relocated that as well. Every other rental agency did their best to accommodate their tenants but they did not. Very disappointing.

We do apologize that the house had to be closed due to hurricane, we were in the process of finding you other accommodations when your party called and said that you all where going to stay with friends. We are sorry that we couldn't accommodate but as you can imagine with the damage the Island had taken on it was a process to find other accommodations. We hope all went well for the wedding.

Perfect place just off the beach
Family reunion for 11 cousins. 6 bedrooms were perfect for 4 couples and 3 singles. 4 baths worked out great. Large gathering area and porch where you could see some of the ocean and sunrise. Parking for 4 was easy. We walked all over and rode bikes. Ate at several local places and only a 25 minute ride to Savannah.

Great place for a large group.
We had a large group and this house fit everyone. It was great having a washer & dryer for all of the towels. We also enjoyed having a pool. The house had everything you could possibly need plus it's a short walk to the beach.

Pleasant beach rental with close walk to a private beach and ocean view
The house was a pleasant and clean rental. The positives about the house: came with pots, pan and utensils for your convenience; bath towels, extra pillows and blankets included; dock included a pond with a large number of turtles, close walk to a private beach; each room was spacious and up-to-date; included umbrellas, beach chairs and sand toys to use. Plenty of parking for up to 4 vehicles and 2 golf carts. Negatives about the rental: refrigerator did not work and had to request a replacement - replacement had mold in the freezer, had to ask to have 6 light bulbs replaced throughout the property (one in the master bedroom closet that they couldn't figure out how to change and was never replaced), washer gave us an error message 4-5 times and had to restart the washer each time (each load took around 1.5 hours to wash despite calling a technician), property owners asked to allow to have the property appraised while we were staying with the property. Note that ocean view is off to the side of the rental and not a direct view and construction and yard work on surrounding properties happening at any and all times. All and all, the property itself was great and I would recommend a stay here to future vacationers.
