Loved property and location was perfect!Garage door to parking garage going up and down constantly underneath unit was loud but overall loved the condo! Very clean and suited our family perfectly!

Beautiful apartment next to the marina and Clementine's. Unfortunately, the parking garage door opener is mounted to the underside of the living room floor resulting in an intimate understanding of the comings and goings of other occupants. The parking is a little tight, too.

Condo was very spacious, clean, and great amenities. We had four teens and had plenty of room. We loved the short ride to downtown St Joe.

We had Condo #1, our address had condo #11, we parked in spot #11, and just like it said if you park in a spot that is not yours you will hear about it and we didn’t get in the door without getting questioned by another condo owner, which helped us figure out that we were in condo #1. Once in the unit, we found the condo very nice, very clean, it had everything we needed or if forgotten it was there. Internet was so/so at best and watching streaming tv a little frustrating Garage door for all condo’s was right below condo#1 and was heard every time someone came in or out, it was noticeable but not a deal breaker for our family. Overall, we were pleased with the Condo and had great communication with Matthew, I am glad we found this unit in St Joe. Dan

Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, 5 minute drive to the beach. Beautiful property, would stay here again!

Unit was fine. Pictures accurately represented the rooms and it was clean. Location was good. Check in info didn’t come until after 4. After I got the check in information communication from the owner ceased. He got me the check in info and told me he was at an event that had bad coverage. Gave me his cell phone for communication. I texted the first night there asking where the beach chairs that are listed in the property info were at Nothing. No answer. Have stayed in multiple VRBO properties through the years. Every owner except this one periodically checked in to see if there was anything I needed. They all responded to any questions I may have had in a timely fashion. The unit met expectations but communication from owner was lacking to say the least.

This is a very clean and comfortable unit. The furniture was clean and new the bed was so comfortable great location!
