Amazing property in a fantastic location for daily activities!

The view here is at least as described, if not better. The sunrise over the lake is outstanding! We were there in July for the summer views, it would be a great place in the winter - so many large windows to watch the snow fall. The interior of the condo is outstanding - all of the finishes are high end, and every room is spacious and comfortalbe. All of the amenities (like good towels, toiletries, and kitchen necessities) were provided for at the same level of quality as a five star hotel. The garage access to the condo makes coming and going very simple. The only downsides are the noise from the street traffic, and guests can no longer get the IVGID pass for private beach access.

Good location for day trips out and about and it is away from the South Shore and all of it's traffic and noise.

The rental is truly a remarkable place. Everything pictured is indeed what you will see when you arrive. We arrived when it was snowing and I appreciated the heated garage as I unloaded the car. There were couple things that came up during our stay. We received a letter from the neighbor underneath us to stop running around within couple hours of arrival. We reminded our kids to walk and they did their best and made them hang out on the second level when we were inside. Just a warning if you have hyper kids that love running around that you may receive the same letter. The other issue was the elevator and it would not work at random times. We had to use the stairs couple times however the management company did an excellent job in communicating the issue before I even had a chance. Regardless of the issues, the rental is great and the communication from the management was even better..

Really a spectacular and well appointed property. Accommodates Two families with 4 kids easily. The only issue, as described by others. is that the wifi only accommodated a limited number of devices. Need a router upgrade to match the surroundings. But really a wonderful and well run property. Comfy beds, full kitchen accessories and utensils, tons of storage and great location and views!

Beautiful penthouse with a lovely view! Great location, easy 20 minute drive to Northstar or Mt Rose (in opposite directions). Lots of restaurants nearby so no need to cook if you don’t want to, but kitchen was very well stocked. The only disappointing thing was the WiFi. No more than four devices could be connected at any given time, so we had to use a lot of our own data. Otherwise, a great place!

This is a very new and modern condo with great amenities such as a heated garage with direct access to the condo, 4 nice bedrooms with 3 very nice bathrooms. State of the art kitchen and great deck with view. We loved this place. Thank you for having us.

This property is beautifully decorated! Very close to shopping, restaurants & great views of the lake. We loved the layout of the penthouse for a family with teenagers. Only one very small complaint, all the beds are very firm... Besides that, a perfect place to stay!!!
