My wife and I stayed over the weekend. Very clean very peaceful atmosphere. Kings Beach is a very short drive with lots of entertainment both day and night. If you do decide to drive to Kings Beach recommendations are to leave early to get parking. Otherwise take a taxi or Uber. Thanks for the pleasant atmosphere.

This unit was clean, better priced vs other options and mostly got it done, but I wouldn’t book it again. There is very limited natural light and bad lighting fixtures inside. It felt very dark and gloomy most of the time. The circulation was also a bit frustrating. It was a warm weekend and there is no A/C and or ceiling fans so it also felt stuffy. Kinda of a bummer because it made us not want to hang out at the house.

I loved every second spent at this condo! Warm and cozy with everything Tahoe has to offer!! Incredible stay I won’t forget!!

Pretty much everything was as expected, it was roomy enough, cozy, warm, functional (kitchen, garage, etc.). Location was also great if you are in Tahoe to ski on North Star or Squaw. The only downside was the ant colony in one of the bathroom, not pleasant. It didn’t bother me much, but my kids wanted to play with the poison that was on the floor.

The property was nice, had good sleeping arrangement and bathrooms. Only issue was the A/C, it was not cooling and during the week we visited the temperatures were quite high in Tahoe. I wish they can fix the issue.

Very conveniently located, clean, great floor plan, easy check-in and check-out process.

We recently stayed 2 nights and found the condo to be clean and cozy. Finding it in the dark was a bit of a challenge, but eventually did find it.
