The house was beautiful and the view of the lake was breathtaking. David and Sharon were the perfect hosts. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay. The property has everything you need including an amazing view of the lake. The house is modern and just stunning to look at. The WIFI worked well which let me work and my family enjoyed the nearby towns of Meredith and Laconia to explore. The hot tub was a huge fit and the hosts were extremely helpful at answering our questions. We can’t wait to visit during the warm weather!

The pictures didn’t begin to do this residence justice. The home is a modern marvel of blending the outdoors with the indoors. Everything was spectacular, and the owners were amazing from initial contact to departure.

This property was better than pictured. An ideal location for us while visiting friends and family. The owners were very communicative and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

Wow! It’s hard to describe just how perfect our time was here. Sharon and David (owners) have created a perfect oasis for relaxing and enjoying your surroundings. The house is absolutely gorgeous and with all the glass you feel like you are fully in nature at every turn. The location of the property is perfect! Remote and quiet yet close to Center Harbor and Holderness center. They had everything you need to enjoy your stay and we loved listening to music with a fire going after having enjoyed the hot tub while staring at the lake. The kitchen is a chefs dream. I could go on an on but let’s just say it was the perfect week because we were in the perfect place!

We enjoyed this home with three generations—it was lovely. The owners were very responsive to a few minor issues. Be sure to look into either renting your own boat or hiring one out for a tour of the lake—so much beauty and history!

When Covid hit, we felt that our family needed something to look forward to, particularly for our three children. Our oldest had his senior year of college cut short and we soon realized that our youngest would most likely not experience her senior year of high school in person. After losing two beloved family members to Covid, we were determined to bring some light back into our lives and decided a lake vacation would be perfect during such uncertain times. Knowing how particular I am about vacation rentals, I was thrilled when my husband discovered Sharon & David's stunning home on VRBO! The house is beautifully designed with modern architecture, incredibly clean and the lake views were simply breathtaking. Other than clothing, food, personal toiletries and beach towels, everything is provided for you. The kitchen is a culinary dream and there is plenty of space to gather together or enjoy some alone time. Everyone found the beds quite comfortable and there were plenty of fans provided for each room. We so enjoyed swimming out to the dock, (particularly for sunset swims which are remarkable) paddle boarding, kayaking and also rented a boat for the week from Riverside Marina. The kids had a blast tubing & wakeboarding and loved playing ping pong in the basement! We also enjoyed cooking s'mores over the fire pit and ended each day with a soak in the hot tub. There were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops that we frequented (The Mug, Mellow Moose & 48 Main Cafe were our favorites) and there is a Hannaford Supermarket nearby. We have traveled quite extensively with our children (ages 22, 20 & 18) and they all agreed, hands down that this was their favorite family vacation! It was so nice to be off the grid and after such a heartbreaking year, it warmed our hearts to see the kids and a few of their friends having good old fashioned fun, getting a taste of what life was like for us growing up. Thank you Sharon & David for being such gracious hosts! We hope to make this a family tradition for many years to come.
