Thank you Dawn! Your house exceeded our expectations! Cozy, comfortable, and very well stocked with anything you could need during a visit to the White Mountains! Our family of 5, plus our 2 dogs, really enjoyed our stay. We are already looking at dates for a return trip!

We had a great summer stay in Bartlett. This property was close in proximity to all of the summer kid attractions (particularly storyland). It was clean, well kept, a good space for our family with small children + grandparents, and we will definitely be back!

We had the most wonderful stay in this home over the long Thanksgiving weekend! We rent homes in the Bartlett area frequently and this was one of our best experiences. The home (particularly the kitchen) is very well stocked with everything you need. The beds are SO COMFORTABLE. The large open kitchen and living area are perfect for hanging out with a group. They've really taken care of all the details.
We had great communication with the owner, she was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We hope to stay here again!

Dawn is very responsive and the property was beautiful. We happened to pick a record breaking cold weekend and the house stayed cozy and warm. We had the whole family plus in laws and kids. There was plenty of space for everyone. The property is in a quiet quaint neighborhood, near the ski mountains and North Conway. The check in and check out was very easy. Thank you Dawn!

Property was in the perfect location for our need ...
Property was in the perfect location for our need to be close to family. The back yard gave us the additional space we wanted. TheTub was a welcomed treat.
The futon was not at all comfortable as seating nor were the benches to the table. The patio chairs were more to our liking.
We would recommend this property to others and would stay here again if the need arrives. :}

We loved the house! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It was beautiful with the snowfall! Would recommend to guests to have an SUV or AWD when it snows. you will need it to get up and down the road
