We loved the location as it was in between North Conway and Glen, NH. The property is very clean and homey. Just a note--the garbage can outside was frozen shut, so we did have to leave our trash in the kitchen area.
This property is a good value for the money.

We were here a year ago, same time to celebrate our anniversary. We enjoyed the property and it’s cleanliness.
A few clitches, nothing serious. The bathroom sink upstairs is clogged. The area rug in dining room is curled up and easy to trip on.
We truly enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We have stayed in this home before when it was handled by pinkham vacation rentals. Back then things ran very smoothly. Any problems were addressed the same day. This time they were multiple problems and no one ever came to fix any of them. The house itself isn't a good location. It needs some updating as far as the floor rugs go and we found the beds to be just as hard as when we stayed the last time years ago. The backyard small fenced in area is great if you have a pet. The gas fireplace is Nice to have on those colder nights. They need to update the pictures of the inside to display the proper setup and amenities especially in the living room area that still show the old furniture back from when we stayed in 2018. They did open up the dining room area a bit. The chairs and table and such in there are still the same. The kitchen appliances like the stove and the refrigerator seem to have been replaced and updated. I believe the dishwasher may have been updated as well. With a little TLC and a more proactive approach from Vacasa when there is an issue would have easily made this a five-star review. However with the issues that we encountered from check-in and no response to multiple times reaching out to them I feel it only fair to drop the rating to three star for no customer service and not showing what the current furniture situation is in the home. I would not recommend it, I would just recommend that they do the simple updates that would cost next to nothing and to respond to their guests when issues do arrive that cause issue with their stay.

Loved everything about it, except the beds. They were the hardest beds ever to exist. Both of them felt like wood, covered with sheets. I couldn't wrap my head around it. Seems a worthwhile investment to get some decent medium firm beds, rather than planks. Not one of us got a good night's sleep the entire 4 nights. The house was clean and cute. We liked everything else about it.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Quiet area with nice scenery. The house was very clean except for some spiderwebs on the wood beams and ceiling fans. Check in was easy. My husband and 3 year old loved the ring toss game. Would return and stay again!

This cozy, yet spacious home was located in a love...
This cozy, yet spacious home was located in a lovely area - close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The dining room was huge and had extremely comfortable seating at a huge table.....and the living room was large and open as well. Definitely recommend as it was super clean and well furnished.
