Great house. Very clean, beautiful scenery and well appointed. Owner obviously tries to think of everything you'll need, right down to labeled kitchen drawers and extra toiletries in the bathrooms (Having forgotten my toothbrush, it was great to see one provided). We highly enjoyed our stay.

We are a group of 6 middle aged couples that spent 4 nights in January at this house for the purpose of skiing, hiking, cooking and relaxing. This was our second time here and the location is perfect with Mt Cranmore , Attitash and a few others right nearby. Having the 6 bedrooms was a perfect arrangement for us and there are great common areas for a group to hang out and private places if you needed some alone time. The house was well equipped with cookware and and the table setting allowed all 12 of us to dine together. We loved hanging out around the fireplace and hiking the nature preserve surrounding the house. Small problem with the lock access when we first arrived, but the owner response was quick and the issue resolved. Definitely book to stay at this comfortable and welcoming place; the price is right, the on line description is 100% accurate and don’t forget to pack your bathing suit for the hot tub .

This property was exactly as described. The views were incredible and the house was spotless. The home had lots of space which gave everyone his/her own privacy. There were family photos and interesting articles throughout the home. We can’t wait to return to this wonderful spot.

This was our 2nd time going to this property! The house is so clean, plenty of room, great location & the property manager, Neill, is so accommodating & kind. The house is homey & just a great experience! Thank you for opening you house up to us! We had such a great time!!

Although the weather didn’t cooperate for much skiing, we were able to enjoy family time together doing puzzles, relaxing in the hot tub, visiting a number of the North Conway shops and the movie theater. The house and property are beautiful. The location is ideal for skiing and other winter outdoor activities. Neill was an excellent host and made himself available for anything we needed. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a peaceful and quiet getaway.

This home is beautiful. There are family photos and interesting articles to read about the family all around the house. We felt like we were staying at a friend’s home. It is very special place.
The kitchen is great and has everything you could possibly need. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was very clean.
The owner and manager were wonderful and made sure that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay.

The property was exactly as described! The owner was very prompt in replying to questions and requests. We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent and the grandkids were very happy with all of the room to play. Lovely touches, such as a bottle of wine and the makings for s'mores were greatly appreciated!! We would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed the property. There was a great deal of nostalgia from the décor, rotary phone, record player, cookbooks from the 30s to the typed, yes from a typewriter, phone list in the kitchen that must have 30 years old. Neill was a great host and we really appreciated him sharing his childhood home with us. The view was wonderful and very peaceful.
