Convenient location for walking to town. Lots of room, and nice separation of bedrooms upstairs.

We had a fantastic weekend. The house was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed - plenty of towels, a well equipped kitchen, extra blankets and towels. It’s in a great location on a quiet street and easily walkable to town and campus. Loved it! Hope to book another weekend soon :)

The property is exactly as represented in photos and narrative. Clean, simple and charming with wonderful access to Colgate and downtown Hamilton. Well managed by ownership along with quick responses to any questions.

Beautiful and super clean, I can't say enough on how much we enjoyed this property. It rained most of our stay, but we had fun just hanging out, the livingroom is super comfortable, the kitchen seats 8, so plenty of room. We grilled, we cooked in Erin's incredibly large kitchen, we can't wait till next year.

We came back to Hamilton for a visit and this house was the perfect choice for us. It was spacious, comfortable and clean, with plenty of room for a family. The house is close to everything. Our granddaughter even enjoyed kicking a soccer ball around the backyard. All in all, it is a great house.

This Farmhouse rental in Hamilton NY was perfect in every way and the location was perfect !!! We loved being able to walk everywhere......like Flour and Salt Bakery, The Hamilton Eatery and the Colgate campus!!!!!!!! Loved the Farmhouse......plenty of room for our whole family !!!!!!!!

2nd year we stayed for Colgate football weekend and enjoyed home once again. Clean, Spacious updated house in very convenient location. Walk in town and to campus. Renting again next weekend.

We had a great weekend staying here, House is immaculate, well equipped and comfortable and location couldn’t be better - walking distance to Colgate and to the village center. Erin was very accommodating and responsive to our questions and requests. We would definitely come back!

The house is in beautiful condition with great baths and kitchen. Myself and 3 other friends shared the house for 3 nights for our annual golf tournament. Perfect location near everything.
