Beautiful location so close to multiple waterfalls, lakes and downtown Ithaca. The yurt is a lovely space with views of the garden and treetops. The yurt was very clean and met our needs for a comfortable family space. Michelle was so welcoming and responded promptly to our questions.

We very much enjoyed the experience staying here! We loved the garden, fresh eggs, and the beautiful property. We stayed there in one of the hottest weekends of summer - the air conditioner was much appreciated!

My family really enjoyed our stay in the yurt -- it was very clean and comfortable, and the decor is lovely. The property is so pretty, and we enjoyed visiting the chickens in their coop, exploring the trails, checking out the fish and frogs in the small ponds, and picking fresh vegetables from the garden. Michelle is a great host -- so friendly, thoughtful, and helpful in terms of suggestions of things to do. She grew up in the area and knows it very well. Would definitely recommend!

The yurt was cozy and clean and the property was idylic- fresh air, bunnies, gardens, chickens, and beautiful trails- and the owner Michelle was lovely.

This property was clean and convenient for driving to Ithica and hiking spots in the area. The owner was lovely and happy to give a tour of the property and garden. I would recommend this for a couple or small family. It served our purposes perfectly for our goal of hiking the gorge trails in the area and having a clean, relaxing place to stay that was unique compared to other vacation rentals and fancy for a Yurt! Had we known about this when the kids were younger, I think it would have been super fun with younger kids, for sure! My boys are 15 & 18 so they enjoyed just hanging out after long day of hiking whereas little kids would probably be excited to explore the garden, ponds and surrounding property (I quite enjoyed that, myself!)

We loved your place. Sleeping downstairs was comfortable ... sleeping upstairs in the twins on the last night when we had more guests was the bomb. Loved the stars through the roof of the yurt. Thanks for having us. Doing out-of-the-ordinary, which this was, makes special occasions like graduations all the better.

Very cute! Great location for all the places and things we wanted to see and do in the finger lakes region. Michelle is very friendly and responsive and the property is beautiful. Also the people in Newfield are so friendly and helpful. Great pizza at the Covered Bridge Market and good food also at the Sebring Inn. I would recommend the Climbing Vines to anyone going to the area as a good place to stay!

We had a lovely time exploring climbing vine. We particularly enjoyed the chickens, ponds, and scenic property. A short drive from downtown Ithaca, we visited a couple different falls, as well as Cornell and IC. The host is very welcoming and easy to be in touch with. The yurt is unique with all modern amenities. The beds were very comfortable with lots of options. We made lasting memories. Thank you!

I visited with three friends and their dog over the New Years Eve weekend. We weren't sure what to expect when we pulled in, but it totally exceeded anything we were imagining. The yurt was spotless and was very welcoming. The beds were comfortable (great linens) and the sleeping loft was such a cool spot. We cooked meals there and loved the french press in the morning. The walk on the trail to the gorge was beautiful. It's a quick drive into Ithaca to visit many of the different waterfalls and state parks. I definitely want to return in the summer when the flowers and gardens are in bloom! Thank you for the experience :)
