Clean rental house for family gathering.

If you need a place to be far away from everyone, you found the right one. Everything about this house was soo beautiful, everything was clean, bathroom was creative. Communication with the host was very clear and made sure we was fine if anything happened in the house. Had an amazing time, 4 bedrooms and 3 sofa couches. Only downside I would say about this house was the hotspot box provided for the internet, and no service once you're up there. Since Halloween was that same weekend, it was foggy and pitch black. We thought someone was watching us lol. But besides that, everything was maybe 5-20 minutes away. 9/10 - Wifi was the only issue.

We booked this property for a trip for two families with young children, looking for a spot near multiple state parks so we could hike. The house had a number of beds and sleeping options, and multiple "hang out" areas so everyone could spread out. The kids had a great time finding frogs and lizards on the property and we enjoyed multiple fires in the fire pit. The basement where the kids were all sleeping was rather cold, and the kids had trouble sleeping even though overnight temps were not that low.

Our family of 6 adults stayed here and loved it. Close to Ithaca, state parks and wineries. Plenty of room for us all to spread out. We would stay again if in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at your property. Hiking, wineries were excellent and just a short drive from the property. Home is spacious and nicely laid out. Thanks for everything. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for the Reese cups and sparklers!

Place was really nice and spacious. The lawn was large and well kept. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend. Perfect for a larger group of 8 to 10 people.

We had an awesome time with family. The property was more than we expected, beautiful house and property. We would highly recommend this for any family, friend, or church activity.
