We were a group of two families with toddlers and this property was perfect. Such a beautiful, peaceful setting and awesome views. The kids had a great time running around in all the space inside and outside, loved seeing horses and the tractor, and swimming! Plus Daniel was a very wecloming, communicative, and kind host! We would return in a heartbeat.

The property is beautiful and the view is fantastic. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kiddos enjoyed the apple trees. My only complaints are that a couple of the burners on the stove are finicky and we never did figure out how to get the toaster to toast. The location was perfect for us, being close to Ithaca, and only about a half hour from Watkins Glen or Corning. We had a great week! Thank you.
