A little overpriced for what it was. A little frustrating to be told - after arrival - that there's only 10 minutes of hot water at a time! Lots of house rules - no shoes, wash the dishes, stove is finicky, etc. Just seemed a little expensive for a very (clean and adequate) bare bones place to sleep. Sweet Sue's cafe just down the street was the best part of the stay!

Quaint little tucked away stay off the main street...
Quaint little tucked away stay off the main street. Very easy access to restaurants, trails and activities.
Leah was very accommodating and left a detailed description about check in instructions for our stay. She was very responsive to any questions we had.
We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay here at this cute little guest cottage. There was a bit of a miscommunication in the system but Leah was very accommodating and got the house ready for us on short notice. The house was also conveniently stocked with basic accessories that made cooking breakfast a breeze. Thanks Leah!

The location of the stay was great, right by the main street of Phoenicia and picturesque creek! The cabin is well insulated for warmth (and the electric heating worked great for cold nights!) and for noise.

My fiance and I had such a memorable, relaxing stay! The cottage is in a convenient location in downtown Phoenicia that still somehow felt private and secluded. Leah was a communicative and accommodating host in all regards and we felt like we had everything we needed to feel at home during our stay. The decor of the cottage is adorable and bright. The bed and sheets were super comfy! We'd love to stay again any time we're in the area. P.S. Breakfast at Sweet Sue's is a must!
