We've stayed here before and loved it. House is well appointed, the newer 'mezzanine' (as we called it) on the hillside is wonderful, beach/shore access is great, the newer stove was great for us as we cook every night. The house is clean, private and comfy. Host was very communicative and available if needed. I'm sure we will return.

We look forward to going to Sodus fishing every year and being able to stay at this house just makes it better.

Nothing beats the view we had from this property !! We always plan and visit places around the property but with this one we stayed home - relaxed and enjoyed everything the house had to offer. Loved kayaking and the lake side and also campfires at the night !! Would love to visit this property again and many times more. Thank you Karen for all you considerations and prompt responses!!

Absolutely amazing place,

This is a lovely house on a picturesque setting. The house is well cared for, clean, and stocked with everything you would need. We enjoyed the deck off of the house with lots of seating and tables, a huge yard for kids to play, and the rocky beach for swimming, kayaking and collecting sea glass. It’s a great location close to the public beach, restaurants, and ice cream shops. It was a great stay.

We all had a wonderful time! Property is super spacious and had everything you could ever need for a week-long stay. We hope this Property is available next summer.

Everything was seamless from booking to settling in. We are a family of six and there were three kayaks. We asked for three more and the owner rented three more for us. The house was clean and nice, the view was magnificent, and the new porch sitting over the beach was an awesome addition. We had lunch a couple times there. We had an unintentional little damage and the owner kindly followed up with our trip insurance for reimbursement. Great place! Thank you Dineharts!

The house and property are very nice. The views from the house and the deck by the water are excellent. The whole family had an awesome time. Having your own private water access is a big plus. Lots of room in the house. Looking forward to a future trip to this property.
