We totally enjoyed staying at the house and loved the community. The house was clean and everything worked perfectly. I enjoyed the quiet neighbors and the peace and tranquillity. We used the kayak and a paddle board several times at the lake which was my favorite activity and the lake swimming was fun. We would stay there again for sure. The owners were very helpful when we had questions about the house.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this home away from home after we picked up our middle child from camp. It was a perfect amount of room for our family of 5. Communication with the owners was wonderful. This rental had everything we needed and then some. We appreciated the thoughtful details that seemed to go into the decor and even the kayaks had decals to go with the house! The Connastee Falls community is beautiful. We do think some improvements can be made to the trail maps (or maybe we need better navigational skills!!!) As for the property, we agree with our son who wants us to “rent this place every time we come to the mountains!!!”

The cabin is very clean and extremely well stocked for an extended stay. Main floor is cozy while downstairs offers a nice escape for kids and games. Outside the view is gorgeous and the firepit area offers a nice place to unwind after dark. What's even better than the cabin is the Connestee neighborhood - it's full of great activities... fishing, boating, hiking, golf, tennis, pickleball. Great place to take the active family!

Everything was as advertised. Great location for hiking and tracking down waterfalls.

We have been wanting to visit Connestee Falls for some time and it did not disappoint. The community has so much to do. We especially loved the lake with the paddle boards. The house worked for us and the views off the deck made for a nice ending to each day.

FANTASTIC. Perfect location for parents dropping their kids off at camp. Dogs and people enjoyed everything about this place - convenient, comfortable, well-appointed, great neighborhood amenities. 11/10 or whatever the highest possible score is. Just perfect, will stay here again at every possible opportunity.

This was our second stay at the property. It was perfect! Clean, quiet, relaxing. Very easy check in / out. We can’t wait to return. The porch is wonderful for relaxing.

We loved the house and the development. It will be fun to return in the summer. We really appreciated the starter items. Didn’t have to go out for condiments, dish soap etc. Even had a big jar of cue tips in the main bathroom. The Carter’s put some effort into the small things. We appreciate the effort. My husband I and our senior dogs had the most peaceful and relaxing time at the house. The fireplace was perfect for the chilly evenings. It was nice and quiet sitting on the deck and the scenery was wonderful. I am hopeful to return again!
