My husband, two young children, and dog had an incredible stay. Laura and Scott were friendly, accommodating, and responded quickly to any questions I had. The outdoor space is great! Eating dinner outside and roasting marshmallows was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance to an ice cream and bakery and we were surprised on Tuesday with a lovely street festival with bouncy castles and line dancing. Highly recommend and will be back!

This property (4 cottages/houses) was perfectly situated just far far away enough from the downtown area to allow for peace and quiet. Laura and Scott were fantastic hosts staying on the property in one of the houses. They even let us borrow their red Radio Flyer wagon to pull our toddler to town in.

This was the perfect house for our quick weekend getaway. The location is ideal for easy walking distances to the many quaint restaurants and shops in downtown Brevard. The house itself offers plenty of comfort and a wonderful front porch for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The hosts are very attentive and accommodating. We look forward to our return.

This tidy, attractive group of three or four rental properties is perfectly located for walking to eateries etc. Each home has its own fire pit, outdoor seating area, more than ample parking. Indoors displayed attention to detail & thoughtful touches. Hosts were extremely helpful and accessible. Self-entry appreciated. Thanks very much for your gracious hospitality!

We were there for a fishing trip, but loved walking to town. Close to shops and stores. Close to fishing store. Great gas stove for cooking!
