Exceptional property equipped with everything you need and more. Location is perfect for short walks to Main Street though a charming neighborhood. Steep drive adds that extra workout and provides a lovely hilltop sanctuary. Sit on the front porch and hear all the birds. Loved our stay and definitely recommend.

We were dropping our kids at a camp in Brevard and needed somewhere to stay the night before. This was perfect. Very clean, nicely appointed, and a great location. If it wasn’t so hot we could have walked to the restaurants downtown. Owners were very responsive - there was a yellow jacket nest by the front porch and once alerted they had someone out to deal with it within 30 minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay and had everything we could ask for available to us in the home including very comfortable beds. The location is perfect and a bonus it is walkable to the quaint town of Brevard. If you are looking for a home that accommodates a family look no further. We have already booked our next stay.

The house is very well stocked and appointed. The proximity to downtown Brevard is perfect. The beds are comfortable, tv and fireplace easy to use, etc. We loved it and hope to come back!

Fabulous house. Great size for 5 of us. My husband and I, our daughter, son-in-law and 21 month old granddaughter spent 9 days including Christmas at the house. Great size bedrooms. Everything was clean and new. Kitchen was fully stocked. Tons of spices, sugar, paper towels, etc., all we needed for our Christmas dinner. Quiet, peaceful area, great for taking walks. Very short drive to town to pick up our take out dinners. It was great corresponding with Tyler, nice personality and quick to respond to my questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very comfortable stay at the Gardenia House. It was a great space for us to cook, work and play. The neighborhood was lovely. It was a nice short walk into town. Communication was easy with the property manager too. We are locals but needed a place to stay for two weeks, this was a wonderful option for our family.
