What a wonderful vacation we had thanks to Sandra and Bill and their beautiful home! They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. Only a short 4 minute drive to downtown Chester, the house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Upon arriving we couldn’t help but be in awww of the beautifully manicured gardens all around the property. The house itself is beautifully decorated and offers all of the amenities one could ask for. The kitchen was clearly designed by someone who loves to cook and entertain. A beautiful dining room table seating 8, was the perfect venue for family dinners. Both bedrooms were beautifully arranged, spacious and offered very comfortable beds. The private balcony off the master bedroom was a wonderful touch as well. The outdoor seating area was perfect for relaxing and having a nice outdoor meal. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back again! Thanks for such great hospitality.

👍👍👍👍👍 This "BEAUTIFUL" home was beyond expectations. When we arrived and got out of our truck, the first thing we noticed was the beautiful landscaping. It kept getting better as we entered the home. This home looked fresh out of a home interior magazine BUT it was as comfortable as it was beautiful. Great little town with a ferry within a short drive, good restaurants as well. Rent boats and enjoy the water, go hiking, scenic drives. Halifax is a great place to visit and spend the day. You can't go wrong staying here. The owners are very gracious and their garden made me so envious.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sandy & Bill’s home and felt they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Wonderful folks with a gorgeous home! The porch, patio and outdoor space add even more great spots to relax and enjoy. The kitchen is adorable and has everything you need. Really can’t say enough… it was perfect!

My family and I came to Nova Scotia for vacation and stayed at Serenity. They home was beautiful and had all of what we needed. Sandra and Bill were amazing hosts. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Thank you for making our time here so perfect.

Loved this property, from the lovely front porch to the screened in back porch, and lovely manicured lawn and gardens. Wonderful chef's kitchen. Our hosts were helpful and accommodating. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The house is outstanding. The surroundings outside and the lay-out inside is also outstanding. Close to shops. Quiet area. The house is decorated as to give a comfortable feeling. Beds very like sleeping on a cloud. I would recommend this place to anyone and you would not regret your stay.

Cottage was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Shops were nearby as was a wonderful trail for walking or biking.

We very much enjoyed this lovely home. The decor and local art was beautiful and the interior design welcoming , comfortable and very homey. We highly recommend this Nova Scotia cottage. It's near Lunenberg, Mahone Bay, and Peggy's Cove. The hosts are awesome and we felt right at HOME!!
