Waterside Manor is the perfect house for that special celebration.
Fifteen members of our family enjoyed a great weekend celebrating our Diamond wedding anniversary. The beautiful staircase was the ideal place for photographs. The large but cosy sitting room, with the log fire burning was the perfect room to enjoy the champagne and canapes, before we had a delicious meal cooked by Andrea, and served in the elegant dining room.
It was a truly memorable time in such a gracious house.

Fabulous wedding weekend at the most beautiful house
The house and grounds are utterly stunning, spotlessly clean, beautifully comfy beds, amazing kitchen and living areas, with the most gorgeous garden and views you can imagine. Helen has thought of everything you could possibly need, was extremely helpful, quick to respond to all questions, was there to show us round and even helped us with our shopping delivery. 16 of us spent the weekend at the house, it was one we will never forget and one we definitely plan to do again. Can't recommend it more highly - book it!

Idyllic Waterside Manor
We stayed at Waterside manor with a group of friends for a long weekend, the house is stunning and immaculately kept.
The grounds, games room and jacuzzi are all fantastic if staying with children as these kept them occupied all weekend. The outside seating and view over the lake is beautiful and great for relaxing in the evening. Would highly recommend.

Ideal setting for a family get together
Annual family get together - 13 people with ages ranging from 7 to 84 and 2 dogs - and enjoyed by all. Great setting by Bewl Water; house perfectly set up in advance (it might have been a 5 star hotel we had to ourselves); excellent variety in downstairs rooms; hot tub well used; space and privacy in the surrounding gardens; quality everywhere. Sunday lunch enjoyed at the Chequers in Lamberhurst. We had high expectations, and they were surpassed.

Make Magical Memories at Waterside Manor
A stunning house, in an idyllic setting. With beautifully appointed rooms throughout. Waterside is ideal for relaxing and/or celebrating. The gardens are also ideal for relaxation or, as we did, to hold cricket matches, rounders tournaments etc. Ideal for families or groups of friends with 7 of the 8 bedrooms having their own en-suite bathrooms. I would highly recommend this venue.

Fantastic stay in an exceptional property
Myself and a group of girl friends stayed for a long weekend at the start of April. From start to finish we had an amazing stay. Helen was a joy to liaise with: responsive, helpful and able to make recommendations for caterers. The house itself exceeded all expectations. The setting is beautiful and tranquil with plenty of indoor and outdoor communal space to enjoy gathering as a group. The bedrooms were super comfy and we had none of the usual fighting for the best room as they were all so good! The abundance of en suites was also very appreciated! I couldn’t recommend Helen and her beautiful home more and I think more than one of our party will be back for a separate stay!

Couldn’t think of a better place
Couldn’t think of a better place to celebrate my 40th. The house is beautiful, the grounds are beautiful and the views are beautiful! It certainly has that wow factor!
I had a weekend stay with a few friends and it was the perfect house for the occasion.
Everything to do with booking the house was simple and Helen was very helpful with all my last minute questions. Helen also recommended a brilliant caterer. Her food was delicious!
Monica was fantastic. She gave me a wonderful tour of the house before my guests arrived and made sure I knew where everything was and answered any questions.
Everything was perfect! I can’t wait for another excuse to go back!

Simply stunning property and location
Waterside Manor was the perfect place to celebrate my husbands 60th Birthday. We were greeted by Helen, the owner, who showed us the house, which is truly beautiful. The grounds are well maintained with stunning views over the lake. There are plenty of outside seating areas, including a little sun trap, which was pleasant enough to sit and enjoy even in February. Every room is tastefully decorated and spacious which enabled us to dine and relax with all 4 generations of the family. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped. It was lovely and warm which was appreciated by the senior members of the family. We all had a brilliant time and look forward to returning.

A Christmas Experience
A lovely home, spotlessly clean, well equipped for the Christmas season and tastefully decorated, with an attention to detail.
Each room is unique and made special through thoughtful preparation and design. The fact that the property overlooks the lake makes it even more special, and the surrounding woodland made it a prefect place to walk off our over indulgence!
We very much appreciated the ready availability and welcoming friendliness of the owner, who dealt swiftly and effectively with our few minor queries.
We would happily return at some point in the future.

Great House, amazing views
Oh my word what an amazing house Waterside Manor is. Just back from a fabulous weekend away, celebrating my Husbands birthday, 15 of us in total. Lovely private location with amazing views and walks.
The house exceeded our expectations, beautiful spaces to share and spend time with our friends. I thought it would be hard to decide who would go into each of the 8 bedrooms, but they are all so beautiful everyone was happy.
Thank you to Helen who answered all of my questions before We arrived and helped organising a delivery that came earlier than expected.
Wonderful, wonderful all good and would highly recommend
