Wonderful piece of property in Lancashire countryside. Unfortunately in February the country was in the midst of back to back severe rain and wind which lasted two weeks. So, not the best time to go as flooding was immense everywhere. We weren’t flooded but their was a leak in the living room coming down from the non working fireplace which in past had done some damage to the floor and walls. I notified the owner whom was very apologetic about the situation. The beds are not the most comfortable unfortunately. The wifi is not the best and at times non existent. Other than that, it’s a cozy little retreat in the English countryside.
