Business travellers can work comfortably and reliably at the dedicated work area with hard-wired (cat5) ethernet connection and in all areas via the 2G/5G wi-fi connected to fast fibre broadband. There is plenty of space for meetings with colleagues. Upstairs there’s a large master bedroom with king-size bed and dressing area, second bedroom with double bed with luxury Egyptian cotton bedding. The modern shower room has a large walk in rain shower and twin washbasins and there’s an additional cloakroom/WC. Large, high quality bath towels, hand towels, shampoo and soaps provided for all guests. Wonderful spacious property in a beautiful part of Surrey, close to not only Hampton Court Palace, but also the train station with services into central London, allowing us to see all the sights. The beds are extremely comfortable and equipped with quality linen. Right on the doorstep in Hampton Court village, there are properties steeped in history, with an array of stunning fine dining, pub and cafe options as well as intriguing antique stores to explore. The owners Andy and Pam are incredible hosts! Thank you again for all your extra help making our stay so special! We will definitely come back every time we return to the UK. A wonderful gem of a property!

Excellent place to stay. Great location - The amazing Hampton Court Palace nearby, Bushy Park, wonderful for walking with the family, or running. The picturesque river is also beautiful to view or walk along. Just a stroll away from local cafes, restaurants and pubs. Easy commute into London from Hampton Court station. Kingston, which is great for shopping is also just a five minute drive away. The accommodation, a beautiful building, is light, immaculate, extremely comfortable and tucked away in a quiet location. Owner is very helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.

We needed somewhere to live while our home was being extended and stayed in different places over a nine month time period - this was by far the best, by a long way. Andy and Pam are such warm and thoughtful hosts, we quickly felt settled and welcomed to the area. Having the train station so close by was brilliant and we loved exploring the village which has lots of independent cafes and boutiques - its a joy to explore them all. The property itself has a gorgeously designed interior and feels very homely. We felt like it was a haven for us at a very stressful time in our lives! The bathroom and kitchen are new and spotlessly clean, just like the rest of the house. We would like to stay again and would definitely recommend to others.

We live in the States and visit my parents frequently. Unanimously, we all agreed this is by far the best place we have stayed. We were greeted by the delightful Andy, who showed us around a fantastically modern, airy and spacious apartment. Everything is open planned. There was everything we could want or need. Including a laundry room. Location is fantastic, with the station a brief walk away. There are shops, restaurants and antique shops minutes away with such a huge selection of food choices. We will be absolutely devastated if this place isn't available next time we come over. Pam and Andy have made it a home away from home! Just magical. Thank you for all the little details. Can't wait to come over just to stay there again!

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks in June 2017 during renovations on our own home. The property is modern, clean and extremely comfortable, with a lovely relaxing atmosphere. It is ideally located close to the mainline train to London, Hampton Court Palace, Bushy park, and is close to the tow path along the river - a beautiful setting for a morning run! The property is a stone's throw away from numerous restaurants, pubs and hairdressers. Andy and Pam were great hosts, nothing we requested was too much bother. I would highly recommend this property and in fact we were very sorry to leave!

Hampton Court village (a.k.a. East Molesey) is something of a hidden gem area on the south western edge of London. It's a beautiful place to live and all our guests love the location and the ease of travel into town. Historic Hampton Court Palace is just across the bridge over the River Thames. Adjacent is Bushey Park with over 1,000 acres of parkland, lakes, gardens and the famous herds of deer. Take a leisurely brunch or dinner at the many restaurants, cafes and bars in the village or shop for antiques and bric-a-brac. Walk along the river or hire a boat or bike. Business travellers love the easy access into central and south west London and to the business parks of Surrey.
