The property is perfect for a week or weekend at the lake. House is located very close to marina which makes it easy for boating. The house is super cute and very clean. The pavilion with large fireplace and grill is perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake. Will definitely return!

We stayed for two weeks, and the place was as charming, inviting, and comfortable on the last day as it was the first. There is nice privacy, and plenty of room, inside and out. The modern appointments, beautiful remodeling, and classy interior decorating all complement one another to make the total package. If we had the money and could persuade the owner, it would be ours.

We enjoyed the proximity to Seven Points and the beautiful countryside. The accommodations are nicely done, charming and practical. Everything we needed was there!

Our family decided to stay here rather than going to the beach and we’re not disappointed. 7 points beach was very nice and my son and I enjoyed fishing and mountain biking. House is a few hundred yards from bakers hollow road with super easy access to Allegrippis trails. Riding there and back is simple. Also very close to vee cee trail and skills park although I’d recommend getting a ride back if you’re not into climbing the big hill back after riding. Not a problem for us as my wife just made quick 3 minute drive to pick us up when were done riding. Pavilion is beautiful for hanging out and grilling. House was beautifully decorated and had everything you need. AC worked great too. We will most likely rent this property again next year and couldn’t recommend it more

clean and updated

The house is perfect spot to stay close to the Allegrippis mountain biking trails. It is a close drive to Bakers Hollow Road parking or Seven Point Rd and and visitor center parking.

Stayed here twice...and will return for sure...clean, perfect location for the lake. Now with the addition of the outdoor area this property is one of my favorites.

My family of four had plenty of space at this property! The home is exactly as pictured with a few extras that are not shown such as the ping pong in the basement and the lovely outdoor seating area with a fireplace. It was very easy to find and very close to Raystown Lake entrance. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedspreads were soooo comfortable and the beds were nice. The outdoor area was very peaceful and you could see tons of stars at night. We are looking forward to returning to this property as often as possible.

This property is loaded with thoughtful details to make the stay great. It was in very nice condition and very clean.

The house is spacious and well stock. The house is located close to the marina, beach and small grocery store . There were many board games which my family enjoyed playing together.
