I would highly recommend this caravan! Very clean tidy and spacious! Caravan is also in an excellent location with a stunning sunset sea view mins away (see pic)
Stewart has been amazing with excellent communication from start to finish, very very help full and keeps you up to date from start to finish!
We was due to check in at 3pm but received a message during our journey to state caravan was ready at 10:15 which was brilliant and we was welcomed by a lovely card, bottle of wine, milk, tea coffee and sugar which was also a lovely gesture!
No faults at all and would highly recommend, thank you for our stay we will be back!!

Amazing weekend stay
Can’t fault this stay. Communication from start to finish was amazing. Caravan was clean, tidy and equipped with everything needed. Would 100% recommend staying here and cannot wait to book again 👍🏼

Faultless. Beautiful caravan and helpful owner
Just returned from a 4 night stay and I have to say it was a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. The caravan was spotlessly clean, very well maintained and homely. The owner Stewart was extremely helpful at every stage of the booking and even went to the trouble of leaving us a welcome gift of a bottle of wine and some Easter eggs, which was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will certainly be returning. Thank you Stewart.

Spotlessly Clean!
Travelled from Gloucester on Saturday 24th September for our annual visit to Perranporth (my favourite place!) our check in was from 3pm but owner Stewart messaged me at 12.30 to say the accommodation was ready for us so when we arrived at the park we were able to go straight to the caravan. When we walked in we were really impressed at how clean and tidy the place was with lovely little beach themed ornaments and canvas pictures which i love! Lots of games, a console and big screen tv. Good Customer service really matters to me and all I can say is that Stewart has been spot on with every communication from when I first enquired about the accommodation until the end of our stay. Stewart definitely went the extra mile with certain items that were left for us that we we didn’t expect to be there so took them ourselves, ie; hand wash, dish wash, tea towels, bin bag, foil etc. And to top it off was a very nice gesture of welcome card and milk and wine in the fridge….how lovely! We’ve hired a few private statics on Perran Sands but have never had such a nice owner…thanks so much Stewart!
All in all a very nice static, very close to stunning sea views….would highly recommend! However, the Cornish weather was not kind to us which was the only negative.

Immaculate caravan and friendly helpful owners
This was our first visit to cornwall so we just wanted a base really. We chose the haven site due to the location. It’s on a beautiful beach. And the views are stunning.
Stewart, the owner, replied very promptly to all of my queries. He was extremely helpful.
As we travelled from the north west, we left at 3.30 am so arrived first thing. I messaged Stewart to ask if there was a chance that we could check in earlier if the caravan was ready. He messaged me to say it was ready an hour or 2 later. Which was great.
When we arrived at the caravan it was immaculately clean and had lots of little homely touches.
We’ve stayed in lots of caravans before and you have to take everything with you but Stewart did provide lots of bits that we weren’t expecting.
We had a bottle of milk when we arrived as well as a few tea bags and sachets of coffee and sugar. It was a lovely touch. We also had a lovely welcome card and bottle of wine. I’ve stayed in privately owned caravans before and never had special touches like this before.
There’s a computer game console, and lots of board games. The kids loved it. And we did play every game over the week!
There is also a great red file with lots of information about Cornwall and what to see and do.
I would highly recommend this caravan and owner.
We didn’t spend much time on the park as we were out all day. We just wanted a base. And this was a great base.
Thanks again for helping to make our first very busy trip to Cornwall a great family memory.

Our first trip to Cornwall
This was our first trip to cornwall so everything was new to us. We set off at 4am from Leeds and arrived at Perransands at 11.30am. We drove to the caravan to try our luck to check in. We were greeted by Stewart & his partner who were cleaning it and stated they would call as soon as it was ready. Sure enough we got the phone call around 12.30pm to check in. The caravan was clean(spotless) , tidy & had more than enough for our stay. One thing we are never sure about caravans is ‘what do you take’ but there were little things supplied which were really helpful. Like bin bags, washing up liquid, milk ,coffee & tea bags, along with hand wash. And to something which was a lovely extra ‘a welcome card’ and a bottle of wine (in the fridge) winner winner!
The caravan was a lovely, homely & cosy place to stay. It was everything and more for our first trip to cornwall.
We really enjoyed our stay and will be going back next year. The weather was perfect & where the caravan is situated it’s in the perfect spot on the site. Close to the amenities, the childrens park & the view to the beach just around the corner.
It’s in the ideal location, we went to the beach everyday. Most days we walked however the last day we drove into perranporth and parked the car in a £5 all day car park.
There is a steep walk to the beach which was difficult at times with 2 little children (2 & 5) and all our beach equipment but it was fun and we have made so many happy memories.

Excellent accommodation. Clean and well equipped to cater for the needs of all the family. Spacious living area and bathroom along with two toilets makes it a good layout.
Great location for visiting the north Cornish coast and beyond. Close to Perranporth beach for a pint of Rattler while watching the waves and the sunset.
The site has excellent facilities. Good food which can even be delivered to your door.

Fantastic caravan. Spotless clean
Absolutely lovely caravan!
Spotless clean. Lovely homely feel, with little extra touches with a camper van them thought the caravan.
Lots of added extras in the caravan, ps3 with games,games,books, board games, which was a lovely little touch. Helpful information pack with lots of information about the area, places to go and see, which was really useful.
Lovely in the evening with the fire and to snuggle up and watch the sunset over amazing view of the beach.
Lots of items in the caravan which made eating and living at the caravan very helpful, lots of plates, cutlery, Picnic/plastic table wear, which you can take just outside to sit at the picnic table outside overlooking the amazing view. Pots and pans. Microwave, oven and toaster. We brought food from Asda up the road (Newquay about 17 mins drive or a Morrison’s is close by too) and cooked at the caravan,
Bedrooms are lovely and nice bathroom with a good hot shower.
The caravan was so clean and spotless.

Would definitely recommend.

Immaculate!
An ideal place to stay if you’re visiting Perranporth. Perran Sands is just a mile up the hill from the town, walkable if you’re not carrying all the beach clobber, surf boards etc. It’s also possible to walk down to the quieter part of the beach directly from the site, but it’s a steep walk down and back up again - beware the unfit/infirm! The site is clean and tidy, quiet and peaceful, and we felt very safe and relaxed staying there. And watching the beautiful sunset from the top of the hill was a real highlight.
The static was immaculate, sparklingly clean and tidy and had everything we needed to self-cater for 4 people. They’re was constant hot water and it was easy to warm up the static on chilly early mornings. This was our first stay in a static and we were surprised at how big and comfortable the sitting/eating area is - lovely and light too - but also hadn’t anticipated how small the beds are. We’ll know next time! The phone signal (EE and Vodafone) wasn’t great, and a bit frustrating - for the kids especially - not to have WiFi either.
Stewart, the owner, was really helpful, always quick to answer any questions, and explained what we needed to bring and what was provided.
We had a very happy stay, thank you Stewart, and would definitely recommend his place to others.

Clean modern caravan on Perran Sands, ideal for family holiday in Cornwall
My wife and I normally go abroad for our holidays, but due to the Covid overseas travel ban, chose to 'staycation' for the first time in years. We chose Cornwall, at the end of June, in the period before the school holidays, hoping we would have nice weather, but would not be over whelmed by hundreds of families, and were attracted to Perran Sands due to its closeness to Newquay and Perranporth. Before we left home, Stewart contacted us to answer any queries we may have had and to wish us a safe journey down from the North West of England. On arrival at Kernow View, we were immediately impressed with the cleanliness and comfort afforded, and although there were only the two of us, there were two extra bedrooms, each with two single beds, which could easily accommodate a family of six (there are two toilets), and the chilled bottle of wine, waiting to celebrate our safe arrival after 340 miles on the road !!! An added bonus during the Euro football tournament was the 50 inch television, so that when we chose to stay in during the evening, we could cheer on England watching a huge screen. When my wife and I first considered a static caravan holiday back in February, we looked at a variety of holiday options, but 'the price was right' for staying in Stewart's caravan and despite the weather not being kind during our week down in Cornwall, we had a lovely time at Perran Sands, and would not hesitate to anyone looking for a 'value for money' static to rent 693 Kernow View as a base for your Cornish adventure.!
