We have always been a fan of this area, so that’s a given. The location can’t be beat as it’s central to everything in the MB and NMB area. My son and I even got a week pass to a gym very close by. The condo was nice and very clean, comfortable and convenient. Everyone slept well as the beds were great. The functionality of the bathrooms, laundry and kitchen were very solid. Water pressure was the best I’ve ever seen. We shower a lot, cook a lot, and clean all our clothes during the week; so, functionalIty is HUGE for us. North Hampton feels a bit secure with a guard shack and a key to get into the building. The condo has a multiple lock system as well. The ocean views and the massive balcony were as good as you can get. I found the owner to be extremely accommodating and nice. We rented a condo last year from a guy that had us anxious the whole time. So, the owner is critical for us. One of our best overall stays that we’ve experienced over the years. We’d definitely stay here again and rent from Diane.
