Perfect rental for families. Great location and the game room is a huge bonus for those extra laughs and quality time! Owner was great to communicate with. Location is close to Clemson which is why we stayed..for our son’s graduation! Lots of memories made. The home was clean and well equipped. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a getaway or time with family.

The house and view were great! It was puzzling that the lake level was so low during peak season (July)…it was about 4 feet deep off the dock. Great place and location to stay for our whitewater rafting trip.

We really enjoyed a week of family time in this beautiful home. It was nice that most of the rooms had a view of the lake. Each bedroom having it's own ensuite bathroom was great. The bedroom downstairs near the gameroom was a plus for our 2 year old grandson. We discovered that we are out of shape tackling the stairs back to the house from the dock. Back to the gym we go. This was also a really nice section of Lake Hartwell. The lake was wide, but the water was much calmer than the main section of the lake. It was nice to enjoy the lake without having to compete with lots of other boats. The owner was very helpful. She very friendly and always responded to our messages very quickly.

We needed a "disconnect from the world" vacation and this place provided one! Awesome house, great location, amazing secluded views. We recommend renting a boat to enjoy the lake.

We had 2 families staying here for a long weekend. Great house but the hill from the dock is a beast!

Each family had their own space and dedicated bathroom. The kids had fun with the kayaks and we were very close to our softball tournament in toccoa.

We have stayed at several VRBO homes, this has been our favorite location so far! The home is absolutely beautiful. The views from the home are breathtaking. I can say nothing negative about the property. The only negative that I have is that we had to leave after staying for 4 nights...we had to get back to work! The game room in the basement provided hours of entertainment. The kitchen was well stocked. My daughter and I cooked numerous meals. The walk to the lake has a lot of steps, but it was worth it. The kayaks made it great for our boys. The host/owner was extremely attentive to any need that we had. I sure hope we can stay here again. Our kids are already asking when we are going back!

This was the perfect spot for our fall break trip. The house was well furnished and beautifully decorated and the outdoor seating areas were comfortable and peaceful with beautiful views. We also enjoyed the game room and fishing off the private dock. It was wonderful all around!

This is a fantastic rental! It is cozy, comfortable and a peaceful getaway. The setting is absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed many days out on the dock fishing. We also got a great work out walking up and down the steps to the lake (bring athletic shoes because the stairs are no joke!). The house was immaculate and the beds and sheets were so comfortable! I seriously want to get a set of those sheets for our house. The driveway was a little scary at first (we are from FL so we are used to everything being flat) but we did get acclimated to it's steep incline. The tv, wifi, and cell service is minimal but this ended up being a great thing as it forced us to disconnect from technology and enjoy each others company. The game room downstairs is also a blast! We will definitely be staying here again for a getaway. I encourage anyone to stay here. You won't regret it!
