Definitely a 5 star rating from me, and my son concurs. From booking to check-in/checkout, it was a breeze. I was immediately impressed with how clean and welcoming it was when we entered. A sign with a warm greeting was strategically placed for us to see as we opened the door. It was a personal touch.
Not every home on the rental sites is as pictured, and this leads to disappointment. "The Nest" was such a pleasant surprise and especially appreciated after a 12 hour drive. So clean and well thought out; the beds were comfortable, and honestly, above average. I appreciated the quality of the bedding and the special touches that made the bedrooms inviting and relaxing. The only thing I missed was a full length mirror to assess my appearance before going out in public.
This by far was my favorite "home away from home", and I would definitely stay again without hesitation. The host is incredibly responsive and goes above and beyond any expectations I might have had. Top notch! Truly relaxing and restful after busy days of hiking and taking in area waterfalls. A peaceful environment tucked away but easily accessible, too. Excellent in every way!
