Knocknagreena is in Ballymena, County Antrim. Our cosy but modern coach house is in an excellent location, only 25 km from the idyllic North coast, 27km from Belfast International Airport and 50km from Belfast's George Best Airport.
It is just 6 kms from Galgorm Resort & Spa
The property is a former coach house and has been
completely refurbished to create a modern and comfortable space suitable for groups of adults and families alike.
The house has 3 bedrooms. An ensuite bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed . Upstairs is one bedrooom with twin beds and the third bedroom has a set of bunks. We had a brilliant stay from start to finish. The welcome was great, and our hosts were friendly, professional and gave us a fantastic base from which to explore this beautiful part of the world. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again if it was available.
Lovely decor, and very flexible about our arrival and departure times. The garden is gorgeous and we felt very comfortable and at home in the Coachhouse. Thanks again Brendan and Grainne.

Brilliant stay at Knocknagreena Coach House
Knocknagreena coach house was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. Our host Grainne was so welcoming and we will definitely come back

Excellent
We visited in September to attend a family wedding. We had arrived early from our ferry but Graine & Brendan we’re so accommodating and allowed us in early as the coach house was ready. After travelling overnight this was lovely and kitchen had all you need and even cereals, bread, butter, jams & biscuits. The coach house was really clean and comfortable and close to all amenities. We had a lovely 2 night stay with you, and if ever returning to Northern Ireland will be sure to book here again. Thank you.

Everything was perfect even the weather
Knocknagreena Coach House was a perfect choice for our trip to Northern Ireland. I have been to Northern Ireland quite a few times over the year but for half of the four on the trip it was their first time.
I was looking for something around the Ballymena area to be relatively close to everything and the Coach House was a great choice. Brendan and Granine were excellent hosts and the welcome pack set us up for breakfast on our first day.
I may be in the area for the SuperCup NI later this year and would look to see if this was available.

Great stay
3 of us stayed to attend a wedding. Owners were really accommodating and friendly. Lovely place that we couldn't fault. Everything we needed and more. Milk and orange juice with butters and jam in the fridge and tea, coffee and biscuits all waiting also. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again. Many thanks.

Accommodation for a family of 6
We arrived to a very warm welcome by two very helpful young ladies. The accommodation was perfect for our needs We would not have needed to bring any toiletries as every thing was supplied. There was enough bread milk cereal etc for our stay . They had thought of everything. I will certainly be recommending the Coach House

Great place to stay
We booked this as 2 couples and 2 children looking for somewhere local to the galgorm resort as we were attending a wedding.
Absolutely fantastic hosts from arrival to departure. .I imagine nothing would be too much trouble. ..
The coach house was very clean and essentials such as tea, coffee milk etc was left for us and even cereal for the kids. The garden is massive and was great for the kids to play out in...although on a main road there were gates that could be closed
It is a 5 min walk from a high street, with shops, pubs and large shopping centre. It was £10 in a taxi to the galgorm resort.
We would definatly stay here again if visiting Ballymena or the local area

Excellent location and friendly owners
Accommodation was excellent value for our party of 4 adults and 2 children. Owners were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend, very close to the centre without being right in the middle of it. We had a wedding nearby, so it was an ideal location 👍👍👍

Cozy Coach House, perfect for attending a wedding at Galgorm Resort and Spa
We stayed as a group of 3 couples for 2 nights to attend a wedding at the Galgorm resort and spa. The apartment was perfect for our needs with 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and everything had been completed to a very high spec. One of the rooms had bunk beds and was quite small but as we weren't going to spend very much time there it really didn't impact on our stay.
Grainne and Brendan were very helpful hosts, helping us out when we got lost on the way and also pointing us in the direction of some nice pubs in town. They also allowed us to check in and out late which we really appreciated! Plus they left us some food in the fridge, great hosts!
We'd highly recommend and would definitely stay again ourselves. Excellent value compared to rooms in the Galgorm resort and less than £10 in a taxi to get home on a Saturday night after a wedding!

Highly Recommended
Knocknagreena Coach House was in a perfect location near everything in Ballymeena. The flat was lovely with everything and more we needed for our three day stay. There was bread, pancakes, butter, jam, biscuits, cereal , tea, coffe milk, wine and beer all waiting for our arrival. Grainnie and Brendan both welcomed us on our arrival and anything we needed we could of asked for. I would highly recommend their flat and hope to stay again soon.
