They didn't have any Kleenex tissue or hand soap in the bathroom which was an issue for me. The Kleenex tissue box was just an empty box so they didn't check it. Bed was weirdly high in the legs and low at the headboard but they give tons of soft pillows if that's your thing. The floors were made of concrete so it was a chilly place but I liked that it was chilly. The key fob didn't open the door from the garage so we ended up having to walk around the building to get in the whole time but they knocked some money off our bill for the inconvenience and we're fast to communicate with me about it. The location was great and while I disliked the corporate feel of this place, it was hard to beat the location.

So many positives about this place.... very clean!...
So many positives about this place.... very clean! Only about a 10 min walk to many attractions. We were very thankful for the parking garage. However the key fob never worked, lucky for us we only needed it when we first got there and when we were leaving. But there were so many extras (laundry, essentials closet, fridge with ice maker) that we didnt stress over the key fob. Outstanding place!!

2nd time @ a Sonder and again very happy with our stay.
Only one thing, no hand towel for 1/2 bath nor a place to hang one. Otherwise this is perfect!
Clean, well appointed and a short distance to Broadway.

The location of the apartment was great with respect to walking to Broadway, the Gulch, Germantown (if you like to walk) and the majority of the sites. However it was on a very busy road.
The property is well insulated so the road noise isn't extreme but it is there. Unfortunately you can't open your windows or leave your blinds open as people are driving & walking by all day.
Property is very close to the Listening Room which is a great venue for live music and good happy hour deals.

The location was very good. Between 1 1/2 and 3/4 of a mile from Broadway. We walked all the time when we were looking to go to Broadway. We were also able to walk to most music related museums including the country music Hall of Fame.
The couch in the living room was the worst I have ever experienced. The cushions sunk down, so the lip of the frame in the front was higher than the cushions. Very uncomfortable! It really limited how much time we could spend on the couch. The couch was the only place to sit and watch TV. When we first arrived for kicks, we tried to open up this foldaway coach. He I am very mechanical and neither, my friend nor I could figure out how to open it up.
The king size bed itself was fantastic!
The problem is, we could not get the bottom sheet to stay in place. I we had to keep adjusting the corners of the sheet as they would come loose and end up on the surface of the bed.
All of the floors except for the bathroom were concrete. There were a few rugs throughout. Several times I had walked around barefoot in the unit, and then took a shower. When the water first hit the bottom of my feet, it turned black.
I have real mixed feelings when I think about potentially booking this unit again.

Clean place on a noisy road. Must use key fab to access parking garage. The garage key fab only worked occasionally. The day we left key fab did not work. We had to use the chain to manually open the gate. It took 20 minutes to get out.
