Close to Bushgarden and Watercountry USA as well as to historical towns Williamsburg, Yorktown, Jamestown

Was a great location for relaxing visiting historic venues. Property was OK Staff was some times hard to reach. Notified staff of loose board on outside steps day one, was never fixed. No linen exchange without a charge. Kitchen sparsely accommodated one frying pan difficult to cook in for 7. A little pricey for quality. Overall location made the stay a good one. Virginia Beach, Naval Yard, and Historic towns all easy drives.

Great property. Very clean & well stocked. The on-site food delivery was a plus. Convenient location. My only complaint would be the concierge representative was extremely pushy about attending a time share presentation. She signed us up for the first day of our vacation, which we declined. Several days later, we found a note on our door letting us know she signed us up again. We did not attend. While it was a mild annoyance, I would still recommend the property- just forewarning others to be ready to be pestered about timeshares.
