nice unit if you actually get to stay in it the entire time you booked
The folks at Ali are nice and friendly, however they do move you to another unit of they have any work to do in the unit you booked. be aware that you may not get the unit you booked.

Everything you need is at the Kihei Surfside
The Kihei Surfside is simply the best place to stay in Maui, and Ali’i resorts makes our visits super easy. They are on point with customer service. Everything is taken care of before we got here. The surfside is awesome For kids, adults, and old folks. It really has everything you need, and might be the most mellow spot in all of Kihei. I’ll definitely use Ali’i to book here again.

Stunningly decorated condo steps from a great swimming beach.
This is a lovely condo. The extra half bath is so helpful. We loved the art and the sculpture and the modern kitchen. It is perfectly equipped, including two Tommy Bahama beach chairs. We loved looking at the ocean from our lanai. And we loved being able to walk across to the Five Palms restaurant for Happy Hour, and walking along Keawakapu Beach every morning. Many of these condos are privately owned but the residents are very friendly and welcoming to visitors. The pool was never crowded. We will definitely return .

Perfect place to work remotely for a month
Condo reflects a nice attention to detail in design features: adjustable and varied lighting, brand new durable flooring to replace carpeting, quality window treatments in living room and bedroom. Plenty of dishes; you don't run out before the dishwasher is full. Well laid out bathrooms. Nice custom decorations that make it feel homey. Perfect sized table and chairs on the lanai. Very new beach chairs. No air conditioning was not an issue except a few days in mid afternoon, but still not horrible with the ceiling fan and tall floor fan on.
I bought a monitor & keyboard here, and worked from the dining room table, with a full view of the ocean and the West Maui Mountains. A nice change from the prior 7 months. Nice little COVID bubble. If you come, respect the Island and their health infrastructure, wear a mask in the condo building hallways, in public such as narrow sidewalks and parking lots, and don't expect everything to be open. Cook at home and do take out to support local restaurants. Enjoy walking outside, and the fresh air!!

Kihei Surfside Review
My wife and I have stayed in Unit 411 for our two week stay and we were very happy with our accommodations. We were physically greeted by their staff, as we checked in and reviewed all of the condo amenities and they followed up with any questions or concerns we had. Unit was spotless, very comfortable and the ocean view from our room was outstanding. Highly recommend renting from Ali’s, as you won’t be disappointed. Dave and Marty Bonsall

Open the door to jaw dropping view , Its the perfect , Loved it
This is condo has a breathtaking view. The kitchen is modern and stocked with anything you would possibly need. The furnishings are all in perfect condition, modern and clean. The only hesitation I had was no air conditioning. Susan from Alii Resorts assured me it would not be a problem the way the condo is laid out you catch the trade winds and its comfortable even during the heat of the day. She was spot on. This is true. I have not closed the windows or sliders once and love the fresh air and sounds of the birds The lenia is perfect sized with nice patio furniture.
To say I am happy here is an understatement.
