This was the perfect place for our group. Great condo for 6 adults, great everything: beaches, lagoon swimming, paved walking path, communication with host. Couldn't be better, we plan to return next year.

The unit was spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lagoon, pools and hot tubs are perfect hang out spots. We will definitely return to this resort in the future!

Our group consisted of 2 families (4 adults 3 toddlers) and it was perfect! The unit was clean and had all the needed amenities. The pool was great and the nearby lagoon was so convenient. It was smaller than some of the other lagoons, but way less crowded. I would highly recommend this place for your next trip to Oahu!

Beautiful property, especially for families with young kids
We stayed at this property five adults and one child. It was perfect because there were three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and for the price it's an incredible deal. The Lanai was fantastic, we were pretty much out there all the time. Also appreciated that the lagoon was pretty empty, especially compared to the Marriott and Disney ones on either side, and that because of the man-made lagoon the water was very calm and I didn't have to worry about my 3-year-old getting knocked down by waves. And the unit came with plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kid, so it was nice to have those things to take down. The lagoon pool was also really nice, shallow and included a zero depth sand pool. There were other families there so he had kids to play with, but did not at any point feel overcrowded.
Definitely recommend this for families with young kids!

Great - Love Ko Olina!
Ko Olina and these beach villas are the best to stay for families, especially with small kiddos. Full kitchen, 3 full beds and 3 full bathrooms made us all be able to stay together without feeling crammed. Condo was beautiful, views were gorgeous and ease around property and closeness to beach and pool was fantastic. In unit, there were beach chairs, toddler play toys and towels to use, and the full kitchen allowed us to make and enjoy many meals on the patio. This was not our first stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas and won't be our last. Gorgeous weather as well! Nothing bad to say.

Great place for Families
We had an amazing Stay for the week we were in Hawaii. It was My husband, Myself and our 3 kids. The Check in process was easy and the property Management were all Extremely Welcoming. My kids loved the Pool area and Feeding the Koi in the pond everyday. The Beach access was also so convenient. The location of the Property was great and away from the big City. There were Restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The Rooms were great and the beds were comfortable, The Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, The washer and dryer in the unit made it so convenient to do laundry. And of course The Views were the best part! We chose the Villas over staying next door at Disney and have zero regrets. I highly recommend a stay here.

You get what you pay for.
I consider this condo to be quite expensive. That being said, we found the unit very comfortable and exactly as described. Given the location, amenities and facilities the place is very likely worth what we paid, but still.... The place is lovely, with a nice view and quiet. The wi-fi worked just fine. The facilities are clean and attractive. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything worked including the washer and dryer. I do wish there was more to watch than basic cable; Netflix, Amazon, HBO or on-demand movies would have been a real plus. Still, if you are a traveling as a family this place is a great choice.

Amazing!
We loved our stay here. Beautiful area and great accommodations for a large family. Lynn was great too and was always available.
