This property definitely earns a five star rating from our visit. The home is in great condition, has comfortable beds, and is fully stocked with anything you will need for your stay. The location is good to access the beach, nearby restaurants/grocery stores, and local sites and attractions. The owners go above and beyond to differentiate this property from other rentals.

Perfect location while visiting and touring San Diego. The Sea Gull house has every amenity you can think off. We had early breakfast every morning. It has a nice patio we did not use because we were out most of the time. Comfortable beds and pillows. Specious showers. All clean and fresh. Holly is a great host. She will take care of you!

This was our second stay at this property. We love this property! We were traveling with our adult daughter and adult grand daughters as well as a 4 month old great grandson. The casita is a perfect set up to provide additional privacy, in our case for our granddaughter, grandson and 4 month old great grandson. The location is perfect, a short walk to Mission Bay and Pacific Beach. The property is very well equipped from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs, towels, etc. and tasteful decor. There is ample parking which is rare at the beach. It was great to have laundry on site. The property was very clean upon check in. The host is very responsive. We highly recommend this property based on our experience. Thank you Holly and Dan for another great family vaca!

The location of this vacation home is perfect

We absolutely loved the darling home. It is so well kept up and has everything needed to enjoy your time there. It’s a quick walk to the bay or beach. We cannot wait to come back.

Beautiful home, great location (loved that it was a short walk to the beach and restaurants), owners were very nice and helpful! One comment: the mattress in the in-law quarters was too soft and low for me. Would have preferred a box spring and a harder mattress. Other than the soft mattress I would recommend staying at this place.

Our family stayed for several days. We highly recommend it. Everything was outstanding in all aspects. The beach house was updated, an additional bedroom with bath by courtyard was very nice, appreciated all the beach equipment. Location was great with easy walking to beach. The hosts were helpful. We would return again.

This was such a great place for our family. Holly is a wonderful host and she has thought of everything! Our toddler grandson loves being outside and the backyard is an enclosed patio area he could wander with grandpa. Everything we could need was there, the kitchen worked well for us, we ate most of our meals at the table outside. The location was perfect we were within walking distance of the bay which has a playground, the beach, many restaurants and ice cream places. We had off street parking. Holly provides all you could want for going to the beach - chairs, umbrellas, towels, cart, cooler and most importantly sand toys! She also has pack n play, car seat, stroller and high chair! We loved our stay!

We stayed here in June for a week and the house was perfect for our family of 4 which included 2 littles. The location was great, a quick 5 minute walk to the bay with a playground and a quick drive to the beach. The beach is within walking distance but with 2 littles we drove. The zoo was only a 15 minute drive as well. The house itself had a fully stocked kitchen which was great for us as we ate a lot of meals at the house. There was a ton of beach gear too-chairs, towels, wagon and sand toys, it was perfect! The driveway has plenty of parking and the location was quiet. We would definitely stay here again!
