Attended a seminar and place was in a nice location and very comfy. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room.

Everything in the home was top notch and lacking nothing. The beds were all very comfortable and the decor provided for a very relaxing atmosphere.

We had four old friends attending a meeting at the convention center. BD’a place is a lovely 15min walk - and easy walk to waterfront locations. Some of us also worked remotely some days- and the place is set up for privacy (and 2 outdoor locations have great WiFi too) BD was very accommodating with a minor issue, and we were able to store our bags before checkin. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great for a weekend in San Diego!

This property is exactly what we were looking for. It was the perfect spot for a girls getaway and the property manager was very helpful and accommodating.

The property was perfect for our group. Enough beds for everyone, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. It was also close to many of the places we visited. Host was great as well!

The condo worked perfectly for our needs - easy to walk to convention center, restaurants, etc. Having a garage was key for us as we also needed a care while in town. With only street parking available, this was a wonderful benefit. Sadly, San Diego is overrun with homeless who have a street encampment just on the next block over. We were always in a group so we didn't feel it was unsafe, but could be unsettling for children or someone traveling alone. It's too bad they can't find a better solution for these people because it seems like a public health issue - especially during a pandemic. Otherwise - the condo is GREAT - owner was GREAT! Would definitely recommend.

The property was amazing in a prime location allowing us to easily travel to multiple attractions and dining.

This house was perfect for the 7 adults that went to the GCSAA conference. The house was a 10 min walk to the convention center. Close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough out of the downtown Gaslamp district to have a quieter area to sleep. Beds were very comfortable, house was well stocked and appointed. I highly recommend. JD (owner) was easy to communicate with and answered all questions before they were asked.

JD was very helpful with recommendations for food and entertainment. He was very quick with responses. The property was clean, comfy beds, great linens, well-stocked kitchen... most anything you would want is there. There was an issue with one bedroom being accessed thru the kitchen. The bedroom door is a sliding barn door, and our guest in that room commented they could hear everything from the kitchen and living room. So we would try VERY hard not to make noise in the morning making coffee etc. but it was difficult. Or watching tv in the living room adjacent to the kitchen. The loft bedroom has no bathroom so the guest has to go in the master bedroom and use that bath. There is no hall or common area bathroom. Only baths in the bedrooms. These weren't huge problems, just inconveniences. All stairs on 3 levels so probably not a great choice for families with smaller children.
