We loved our time here. Great location. 2 nice beds and a comfy sofa-bed. We would definitely recommend and stay again :)

What a beautiful space to vacation! This house, as well as owners Dove and Joan are wonderful! There were 3 adults and a toddler on our trip who all fit comfortably in the house. The backyard can't be described any way other than an "oasis", with beautiful plants and even a grapevine growing along the fenceline! Joan was charming and was quick to respond when a fix was needed for a furniture issue and to answer questions, but otherwise left us to ourselves. The house has everything you would need to be comfortable. The parking took some patience and precision as it's a small driveway off a busy street, but the fact that there was off street parking at all was fantastic! We already reserved this space again for next summer and can't wait to vacation here again. Thank you Dove and Joan for hosting us, your house made our vacation spectacular!

We loved this location. We could walk to historic Old San Diego. There were numerous delicious places to eat within walking distance. The home is extremely well equipped, the kitchen well stocked with appliances and dinnerware. The bedrooms both have large TVs as well as the living room. The courtyard with table seating is magical with beautiful flowing vines. Definitely recommend.

This was a fantastic stay! The owners were so helpful and accommodating, the communication was great, and the place was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great property. It’s right in the heart of Old Town. Very clean and a fully stocked kitchen with any type of kitchen amenities you can think of. The off street parking is great because street parking here is almost impossible. We also thoroughly enjoyed the two outdoor space. Thank you

Joan does a nice job of providing updates. The place was clean and comfortable and the price was amazing, considering the location. It was cute and cozy with a wonderful yard to relax. We only stayed one night but whenever we return to San Diego, we’ll definitely try to book this place as a first option.

This was a great house to spend a few nights in San Diego! It is centrally located right in old town walking distance to so many cute shops and restaurants. I wish we could have stayed longer and I am looking forward to returning!

Great property right next to Old Town! Great little home with tvs and fans in bedroom. Fully stocked with appliances. Literally 2 blocks from Old Town - such an easy stay with so much to do. And off street parking!

My family and I LOVE THIS PLACE we were able to get away for a short time and decided this cottage was the way to go!!! The location ,hospitality,and charm cannot be matched. We were 10 minutes from the zoo….1 minute walk to the center of old town. It was wonderful. We will stay here again and again there is no where else I’ll be staying !!! Thank you so much Joan !!!
