Great location, well appointed house near Mission Beach Boardwalk without all the hustle and bustle. We will definitely stay there again when we’re in SD!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The photos don’t lie; the view of the bay from the patio is absolutely stunning! The property itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to make us feel comfortable. We have been coming to Mission Beach for the past 15 years, and this was by far one of the best places we stayed at. Highly recommend!!

You can believe every photo you see! The house is luxurious! Don't let the spiral staircase scare you. It's an easy and confortable climb to the 2nd floor. You will absolutely LOVE the kitchen! Not only is it modern, it is fully stocked with every pan, dish, utensil you will need! And Grant is the very best!!

Grant and Karin's property is outstanding and we consider ourselves very fortunate that we were able to enjoy it. It was exactly as advertised both in the listing and after some brief communication ahead of arriving. The check-in instructions, as well as how to use everything, were well communicated and documented and we did not need to reach out to the owners for anything at all. The view has to be among the best on the bay, and the feature where all the windows fold away to the porch really makes you feel like you are on the bay even when you're in the living room. The bay side is much more quiet than the ocean side, and we found ourselves lounging on the bay side much more than than the ocean side. It didn't hurt that walking out of the door you are essentially on the bays beach. Incredible. The beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans kept us cool, and if you're white noise people like we are there are additional fans in each room. Overall, a 10 out of 10 for us and we will definitely be back.

This property is modern, tastefully decorated with super balcony on Mission Bay. It is within easy walking distance of Mission Beach. The kids enjoyed Belmont Amusement Park. It was a great place to relax with plenty of room to dine in.

Probably the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in. Had everything we needed and then some. Location was perfect. Close to everything. Communication with owner was also prompt and appreciative. We’d give it 10 stars if we could. If you’re considering this rental don’t pass it up.

This rental was perfect for us! I stayed here with my wife, mother in law and 4 kids. The house had everything we needed and the location was sweet super close to the ocean and right next to the bay. The views were awesome. I will definitely try and rent this place again.
